When I first came to LCF it was right around the time that Kimmer went off in a huff and I read a lot of her former posts after that and her 'diet' seemed way off. Well, what you saw on television today was two people who today would darn near rip your head off if they could. They are mother bears protecting their idol. The other two see Kimmer for who she is, see the scam for what it is, and are willing to go public and admit they too were duped. I think Christin and Deni see what they are doing today as their way of paying back to society for their complicity in Kimmer's scam. They know their hands aren't clean, so to speak. In their time, they helped Kimmer build the Kimpire, just as Jimmy Moore and others did. But I think what they are doing now is damned commendable.

I agree, I do believe Fawn is Heidi. Or Heidi is Fawn, whichever came first. Fawn's persona is so over the top, such affectation.

I believe that it is entirely possible that Heidi is a genuine case of Multiple Personality Disorder. I do not say this as a joke. She can sincerely disavow knowledge of the other personalities because they are not integrated. Whichever one suits the current purpose is the personality that takes hold. It's why she can say things with such conviction. She really believes them.

There are not all that many verifiable cases of MPD on record. It's quite rare, is usually the result of extreme abuse in early life, and generally happens to very intelligent people who react to the abuse by dissociating from it. In the process, their personality is fragmented.

Too many posts to keep track of but I wanted to add a few more random comments.

The reason slingingass was at the show was so that viewers could see "themselves" on stage. How many of Heidi/Kimkins target audience would be moved by seeing her sitting there looking so sadly hopeful? And that is what today's show was about. It was PR. Heidi knew she was throwing TT under the bus but if it brings in new suckah's I mean members then who cares. Cristin and Deni and TT are at or close to goal. Before and after pics are fine but seeing a morbidly obese woman sitting up on stage facing an attack by proxy is good for the sales and Heidi is all about the cash. Nothing like imagining your own face up there and looking at the afters to make you whip out that paypal password.

On a more positive note -

If you take a step back and look at the victories that have been won in this battle they are truly amazing. It is easy to get caught up in the campaign and see the goalposts seeming to move further ahead without taking a good look at what has been gained.

Ladies you have done an admirable job on this issue. (Oh how I wanted to type "admiral" job lol) We all knew Kimmer was Heidi Diaz was Kimmer and it came out today on tv. TT just looked like an idiot because everyone knew but getting that admission out was huge. Again Heidi knew the minions and grubby masses needed to be tossed a low fat poached bone to distract the hounds chasing her and that was it. And how TT glowed as she announced it like it was the winning lottery numbers or something really valuable. I think she expected the controversy to end at that moment. I doubt she has any concept of what is the core issue in the lawsuit or among the "haters".

Heidi came sort of clean on the website, as clean as a con artist manipulative borderline personality like her probably ever will anyway. The diet has been tweaked slightly. She is running scared. Remember the bullying badgering Heidi from early days and how rigid she was? So something got to her and again I know it is the loss of her cash cow and having to actually appear in public today to have a statement recorded that she can't later weasel around or distance herself from. How sobering for the great Heidini teflon scam artist.

It is not a total victory but anyone who joins Kimkins after today does so knowing full well she is a scammer and there is a lot of controversy. Heidi knows the site is being watched and she will watch her step for a short time anyway. Anyone who stays there is too snatty to think straight or a sockpuppet or too stubborn to listen to reason. They cannot blame anyone but themselves. Unlike Cristin who took her role in her health with grace and dignity and was not on tv today looking for pity.

I took great exception to the comment to that affect. She made the appearance today to warn people of the health dangers. To say she looked "poor me" is nasty and uncalled for. But I will leave that topic because I know how many are angered by it and I know that it is a minority opinion.

So Ladies take a breath and enjoy that smell. It is not egg whites it is the sweet smell of righteous victory.

Tomorrow there will be more battles to fight on the heidi scam front but truly if you all had seen this moment a few months ago think of how happy it would have made you.

Again I am so impressed with all of you who worked so hard on this topic. I want to name names and shout out individuals but I know I would miss so many and it would take up a lot more space than this long rant already has.

For some reason I feel totally unorganized and a need to make lists, regrouping pdf files, and basically hold on to each little fiber of truth.
I really don't know how else to explain it but I just feel oddly unorganized.

The visuals sell the diet, not the warnings. Deni and Christen- even Tippy- made great eye candy. After all, being fat is much more dangerous than losing weight on any diet, right? (Isn't that the message that nutritionists and the media have been pushing for many years now? And Heidi simply parroted their advice to line her own pockets.)
But I have to admit, Heidi let me down. I really overestimated her intelligence in that she actually stayed to fight her charges, instead of popping off to sites unknown. Maybe there wasn't that much money left over after paying salaries to techies, admins, lawyers and bakery stores. Or for the Captain. But Yer Onner, how did you expect me to live on only half a million $$$?

You're right. It may not have been a slam dunk victory but it was a great one, nonetheless. Those that go (and there's always going to be people that are not going to listen to the warnings/facts) to the site, join now KNOWING it's dangerous and a fraud. There's no way to stop everyone. But, many won't go now (did you hear the audience?) because they saw this broadcast. It's still a victory, IMO.

I thought Christin did a great job. Deni too. TT in my opinion came off as more dishonest and mean than she did stupid. (Although that "nutritionalist" exchange was hilarious). I mean, clearly she lied right off the bat when she said she saw Kimmer's admission that she was Heidi on the website that morning. And she said that none of them REALLY knew that Kimmer was Heidi. That was clearly evasive - you either know or you don't - no "REALLY" to it. And she was very rude to Christin.

Did anyone else notice how thin SingingLass' hair was, near her hairline? I'm thinking she has really lost some hair! Couldn't tell from her before pic, but I'd bet she lost it doing kimkins. Oh and to those who say she didn't present herself well for someone who's up on stage often........I just happen to live in the same town as she does and I can tell you that there is VERY Little going on around here in the way of community plays. Very little. I personally don't think she's up on stage at all.

Anyways, back to lurking........I don't post much but I do try to keep up as much as I can with the reading........

IMO, Fawn is NOT Heidi. If she is, then she is really, really good at pretending to be someone else. Fawn and I were quite friendly when I was over at the site.......we posted on a challenge together.......I enjoyed her humor and appreciated her support of everyone. Okay, she was over-the-top quite often but she would be the first to admit that. I think she has really found her niche in the camaraderie/friendship/praise she gets over there. I do think that posting/reading there is so important to her now that she will defend it to the end. After I was banned, she and I exchanged a few emails, and she asked me some questions about how I knew I was banned, what messages came up, etc, and she joked that SHE's the one that should have been banned for violating TOS with her cursing. So like I said, if she is Heidi, then she is either very, very good at pretending to be someone else, or she is extremely delusional. Although I don't rule anything out completely, I do not believe that they are the same person and would be shocked if that were the case.

It has been an intense emotional ride and you have been doing way way too much to dig and research and co-ordinate and I suspect the adrenaline rush is starting to crash a bit for you and you feel like you are losing the edges of the thread holding it all together.
