Ok 1.5 miles yesterday and today-23 straight days of exercise I am happy to report Im back on track with my food-I had 2 shakes instead of one to keep me from overeating. I dont feel ravenous today and thats at least something. Everytime I LC I get into the low 160s and then the scale wont budge This must be a set point for me and its going to take everything Iver got to break through. My DH keeps telling me I look great but Im only 5'4 on a good day and shouldnt weigh this much. I know he is being honest and is always supportive but I dont think he truly understands-hes never been overweight and has a physically demanding job(walks and lifts ALOT) Hope you are doing well too, Cheri! Is that you in your avi-you are very pretty TTYL

You are doing so excellent! I did fat burning yoga tuesday. When I finished I thought I hadn't done any good, but i felt like somebody beat me with a baseball bat on wed! So i'm def gonna keep that vid for a while. I'm doing ok on eating, as well.

yes that is me and thank you! Is that your cat? He looks..well.. terrifying, for a cat..lol

Yes thats "Butterscotch". He's a Persian that found us and I just dont have the time or patience to brush him daily so he goes to the groomer to get the "lion" cut He's really sweet!

I pushed myself to do 2 miles today I just want to get into the 150s in the worst way. I also cut back on my cals a little to see if that helps-I usually only count carbs but maybe I need to be more mindful of calories now that Ive lost to this point and seem stuck. Have a great day and KUTGW

congrats on the 2mi! Today I did a Yoga Booty Ballet video, minus the yoga, cause, well I didn't feel like it, don't like their yoga segment, tom, and I just wanted to get in the 30 mins, anyways..lol

I've been trying to do fitday for the last couple days, just trying to keep better track of where I am. Noticing that I get about 75% of cals from fat...and that I stay at about 10-15 net carbs.. I probably need to add in some more veggies .. but gah. fresh veggies are expensive...

Btw have you thought of adding any weight/strength training? Most of the recomendations that I have read suggest 2-3 days of strenght to boost the metabolism.. Random thought

Another 2 miles woohoo!! I have considered doing some resistance training but not sure what? Its a shame we have a weight room here where I live but I can never get time away from my little one to go. I have to do my exercising at home I'm back down to 162 after up and down all week, so I'm hoping I can push into the 150s soon My percentages have been 65F 30P 5C. Carbs are ~ 20-25 on average and my calories are between 1200 and 1400 most days. I'm still figuring out what works for me. Have a great day and congrats on your loss so far

congrats on 2 miles!

As for the resistance training, maybe some kind of video? thats all I do anymore..I am hearing good things about the firm and might try that..or callanetics if I ever get $25 to spend on myself and order it off ebay..

Yesterday I did Fat Burning Yoga.. and BTW I do not get calories. Fri I was ravenous and ate alot, 1800 and still barely felt full.. Saturday I only got up to 1350 cals and was totally satisfied. It would drive me crazy to calorie count.

Hey! Scale reads 160 today and I walked 2 more miles ...at this rate I will blow right past my goal for November Guess Im gonna have to give up my reputation/status as a lazy girl, now huh I will enjoy this loss cuz I usually end up stuck again for awhile-we shall see. I havent counted calories on purpose but I do plug everything into Fitday as I eat and if I reach what I calculated to be my maximum to keep losing, I dont eat anymore, especially at night. That has always been my problem-I eat well all day and then want to snack in the evening. Im getting better though. I heard good things about the Firm, too. Maybe I'll try to do that a couple days to start. Have a good one

Only 1.5 miles today but I increased the speed to 3.5mph
Still holding at 160-can't wait to see 159.5 maybe this weekend. I just have to be careful eating out at Ruby Tuesdays tonight, resist the birthday cake and goodies at my nieces birthday party tomorrow AND not eat junk at the Pampered Chef party on Sunday. No Problem, right? Have a great weekend, Cheri

Hey chick!...

Ok.. So yeah, I crapped out a little bit. I've been pretty ok with eating, I planned on taking thanksgiving. Made myself bloated and ill.. and yet didn't get back on until Sat after... But I'm back on track again.

Exersize is another story...Bleck.. I've done like 2 things in the last like, week. Last night I did some yoga.. and I rode my exersize bike for 20 mins last monday. Pathetic, I know...

Okay, I did it!!!
And here are my workout stats:

1.12 miles

26:19 minutes

4.4 laps

3.0 incline on treadmill

160 calories burned

50.1 fat calories

Increased speed from 2.5 up to a 5 and back down again.
Kind of a wimpy workout but it kicked my butt after not doing it for so long.
I am going to set a mini goal of 3 times per week for now. If I do more than great!
Whew, I'm dizzy from the treadmill. Not used to it. I feel like I am still walking on it and I am not.

Thanks for the encouragement!!!

I just finished 2.5 miles on the treadmill, so I met my exercise goal of 45 miles this month I also was shocked to see 158 on the scale this AM. I really needed it too cuz I have been stuck between 160 and 162 for most of November and it was really getting me down. Now to figure goals for December-who's with me?

Hey jamie! Glad to see you Last night I did force myself into doing 'fat burning yoga' hating it every minute ..lol.. but i did it. Gonna watch some tv tonight and ride the exersize bike that is gathering dust.

December goals? I have no idea! Maybe a LC-ish christmas.. I really want to get down to 185 by the new year, as well. I am also working on adding in OWL foods. So far I have added yogurt and peanuts.
