hey guys. Friday I we took the baby to the zoo. Walked a TON. So I think that counted as my exersize for the day. Took Sat off, so the only non-exersize day of the week! I need to figure out something to do tonight, will probably do some pilates.

Hope you all get well! Sickness sucks.

Hi Tytbody!

I have been doing Crunch: Pick Your Spot Pilates & Pick Your Level: Weight Loss Pilates.. mostly because I can watch them on neflix without buying them...lol

And just for the record yesterday I did 20 mins of biking, about 20 of pick your spot (abs and butt) and then some arm exersizes with my free weights.. about 1 hr of exersize total.

Again, hope everyone else is doing well!

okay. I'll have to check them out. How long do you keep your netflix dvds? Have you tried to purchase it so you won't have to worry about sending it back? I do power pilates. Don't get shook on the name it's a great video. I love it. It's for beginners but she has a segment in there were you can see exactly how to do them. (the exercise)

I use the Watch It Now thing, so I just play it on my computer. They sent me some free trial codes to give to people for 1 month free, if you'd like one. I did eventually buy Yoga Booty Ballet when I saw it on sale.. before they came up with the watch it now stuff.

I have a 15 in monitor, I put it on the full screen and it's not too bad. I alternate pilates with other stuff(namely yoga booty ballet) because I don't feel like I get much cardio with pilates. Does power pilates have much in the way of cardio?

Lisa good luck with the DVD! Let me know if it's any good, I'm becoming an exersize video junkie...

no... my power pilates is more in the moves. I think they call it that so you use your power house. it's not hard. It's just difficult to hold the moves sometimes. I can't do them all but I do some of them and that still counts.

your pick your spot is nice. I had an ellen barrett Cruch that I just gave away. it was too dancy for me.

do you like firm videos? I have two I can send to you if you like. they are vhs

I've been thinking of renting some of the firm. We actually don't have a VHS, it broke and we never repaced it. Thanks anyway , though .

Haven't done any exersize today and probably won't. Using TOM as an excuse to lounge around and not do much. Will hopefully get my butt in gear tomorrow. So far i'm at twice for the week, I have 3 more times to go...

good thing about netflix is it didn't cost you to rent and you can get another one. Tell them that was was damaged and you get another try. don't give up.

No Ill never give up! Well DH hooked up my DS DVD player in the living room for me and the disk works YAY I watched the workouts last night and it looks hard I dont mean endurance wise but technically-its a dance workout and the moves are pretty complicated. Once I get the hang of it itll be fun. The great thing about Netfix is I can keep it as long as I want/need to I will keep you posted on my progress I weighed in today and still says 167 My pattern seems to be to lose every other week or couple of weeks so I kinda expected it. Hope you all have a great day

hey guys just checking in. I didn't get to goal this week. I only exersized 4 times. Let myself be lazy because of TOM. Not happening next week! I the past couple of days i did a YBB video and some time on a stationary bike--total of 4 days of exersize this week. I did drop 2lbs though, so I am pretty pleased.

Hope to hear how the DVD went! Also hoping to hear from Determined and Jamie

It's still great you got 4 days in. I started off with doing just what you are doing and then I got to goal of 5 days and now you can't stop me. WE have to make it a priority. A meeting that we can't miss and can't be late for. I just read that today and loved it. So now,,. I will have my meeting with Squeeze tomorrow. Anyone on here have that?

I'm just doing a drive by to say you all are doing awesome.

Although the Carmen Electra strip tease video did catch my attention. Where did you say I can rent it?

Hey guys

Did an arm workout on tuesday that I'm not going to count towards my weekly goal of 5x, because it wasn't long enough. but it was something! Then i did pilates and yog on wedensday and 20 mins of biking thursday.. Just one more session and I can call it goal for this week!

And Cheryl, there is no guilt by association in this thread You are welcome to post and not be a lazy girl

BTW lisa, you are doing so good! Awesome that you got your treadmill! I wish I had one!

Zam..lol. I'm sure you're wanting to watch the Carmen Electra tape just to get a workout, right?
