Friday Weekly Maintenance Weigh-In
Per Suzanna's suggestion I thought I would start a separate
thread for a weekly weigh-in while we are on maintenance. Having a thread like this really seems to help! Ive designated Friday as our weigh-in, but feel feel free to post anytime! Im 138 this morning, a few pounds up but well within my range. I think I will keep working on getting it back down to 136! Bella |

126.5 this morning. I like to be under 126 as I weigh myself in Stones and Pounds, English style. 126 is 9 stone and 125 is 8 stone 13 lbs, it is a huge mental boost for me to be in the 8 stone range.

I weighed in at 139.0 this morning, which is within range, but at the top of my comfort zone. I have been eating at restaurants all week. I am going to eat clean this weekend and give myself a little more wiggle room.

Me too Suzanna, I was also at the top. I weighed in at 138, which is still way below
goal but I had hit 136 a month ago and would like to see that again! So my plan is to eliminate nuts for a week and only have fruit once per day. I think this week I had acorn squash twice and too many nuts. What does your diet look like when you call is "clean"? Bella |

Bella ~ A clean day for me looks like Atkins induction. Here is what I am planning to eat today...
B: vegetable omelet with a little cheese L: grilled chicken with big salad & full fat dressing D: steak with green beans and a small salad I cut out the no sugar added ice cream, fruits, and nuts that I usually eat most days. Well done ladies, I admit to weighing more often than once a week and 2 days ago it looked better than this morning.
However the truth is 126.25 lbs. I don't think that a quarter of a pound means a thing, so it is really just the same as last week. I have worked out a lot and been very good, but next week is another week, here I come. |

Ive been doing well on my "no nuts, no almond butter" plan which I started today.
When I realized that I had eaten 250 calories yesterday of the above, then I realized I needed to STEP AWAY FROM THE NUTS!! I dont eat peanut butter, its on a permanent ban list! But almond butter was getting way too much attention from me. Bella |

Today's weight 105 for me. Just about right.
Challenging myself to cut splenda use in half in the coming week. Maybe I'll cut my sweetfreeze by mixing up a half strenghth bottle with water. Just know its time to cut back. The scary reports are getting to me! |

For some reason, this week has been a very difficult week for me to maintain within my range. Something strange has been going on! I started TOM, sort of, on Tuesday, 2 weeks early, but just for 2 days?
On Tuesday, I weighed in at 143.0, which is a number that I haven't seen in a while. This morning, after 3 days of relatively clean eating (no LC ice cream, less cheese & smaller portions) I am back down to 139.5. It has been a battle all week & I know that it isn't over! My plan for today is a big veggie omelet for breakfast, tuna salad on a bed of romaine & cucumber for lunch and grilled chicken and veggies for dinner. Hopefully this weekend, I can bring my weight back down to 137 or so, where I am most comfortable. We are going to a bbq tomorrow night and an Italian restaurant for an early birthday dinner with my family on Sunday. I am going to have to watch my choices a little more carefully than usual until I am feeling a little more stable with my weight! I hope everyone is having a great day! |

138 here. I did reach 136 on Tuesday but then ate alot on plan Wed. So Im still maintaining and watching it carefully.

Sorry I didn't manage to weigh in or drop in yesterday, life took over!
This morning I weighed 125.5 Which is wonderful for me, under that 126, 9 stone mark! It is such a great psychological boost for me! Sorry you had a tough week Suzanna, but you did really well to drop the weigh so quickly, great job everyone. |
