I found the book at a thrift store for 50 cents.

Even at full price, it is worth it. Buy the book.

There is a protein power web-site, and both the Drs Michael and Dr Mary Dan Eades have blogs. His is more active and covers lots of health and nutritional subjects. Hers is more about cooking and recipes.
