My hard time is afternoon when I get home from work. That is why I tend to do better during the summer. When I get home I am not even hungry. I don't know why I eat at that time!
I had an
Atkins shake for breakfast, a side ceasar salad from Quizo's and 28
almonds. I am getting ready to go work out and then for dinner I am planning a salad with baked chicken shredded on top with ranch dressing.
I have had my water today and I have done well. However, I have also been sitting at the orthopedic dr. as my youngest broke her foot yesterday and had to get a cast on today. There was nothing to cheat with there!!
Tomorrow I have to go to a writing inservice so I will pack my bag of goodies so I won't cheat. I do give myself one day a week to have what I want. Then I don't feel deprived. I usually like to save that day for a weekend day but since it is summer and all days are like weekend days who knows!
Off to work out! I might run to the store and get some kool aide!
