akk, I had a rough weekend too! I found 4lbs on my scales Sunday morning.
Apparently where Ive been trying to up my carbs for on-going WL isnt working!
So Girls, Im gonna do induction for this week and see what happens. "In a whispering voice": I ate a lot of coconut oil chocolate bark, and tried the Fiber One, only 1/4 cup. But I guess early week big portions were getting me. dag, didnt think I was eating that much. Also peanuts, but they never seemed to bother me.

So back to INDUCTION TIME! YEAH! Up the H2O.
The only thing I guess I should have done when trying to up my carbs, was exercise for the difference. COME ON WEATHER! GET BETTER!
