YES YES YES...finally, i got back down to 224. Man cheating is just not worth it. You struggle to get the pounds down and one little slip up puts 2 - 4 lbs back on over night and they won't leave. How frustrating.
Saturday was the best. DH took me out for dinner at
www.mortons.com , I had Filet Oskar - It was 2 filets on top of muffins with asparagus strips and jumbo lump crab on top (i had them leave off the sauce and I removed the muffins. Yummy. My veggie was sauted mushrooms and spinach...Oh MY GOSH this was good.
Sunday - woke up late (12:00)
Breakfast: egg/cheese/sausage.
Lunch: Spinach salad with cheese/bacon bits/mushrooms/broccoli/blue cheese dressing
Snack: 2 large strawberries
Dinner: Eye roast/sauted zucchini/low carb steak sauce
Snack: pork rind - not even a handful.
I feel like I ate like a queen...LOL I usually have a hard time on the weekends but i'm very proud of myself..how did everyone else do?
