I'm hoping for a Big Woosh too!
I've held the same for the last 4 or 5 days. But I've also been eating bigger portion sizes and from boredom. I need to get some exercise in, but this weather has been so nasty, as soon as it warms I plan on working out in the yard. I find that's the best exercise for me.
I have a 12yr old too, daughter who wants to lose. I'm trying my best to help her but she loves her sweets & MtDew. Having to learn to share my salad stuff too!!
Glad to hear from you. I couldnt decide if I wanted to Journel, or post. I'd rather post and be able to converse with someone besides myself~
