Made a neat treat this morning.. had a dream about it last night.
I took:
1Tb soynut butter SF
1Tb cocoa
1Tb flaxseed meal
1/2
packet of splenda
1 tea butter
1/4 tea Torani Engish Toffee syrup
MIxed until a ball and pressed onto waxpaper, made a bar shape.
Then took
Coconut Oil 1Tb and 1 Teasp butter and 1/2 T cocoa ,remainder of splenda pack or 1/2, and melted together to make a glaze.
I cut the bar into 8 pieces and drizzled the chocolate sauce over the pieces. They hardened in no time.
I liked the topping better. One could replace the
flaxmeal for something less grainy, but it was in total very peanuty & chocolate tasting. I added up the carbs and subtracted the fiber and came to 2carbs for the total bar. NOt bad for a homemade bar. And it didnt take long to make. I wish the Torani taste came thru more but the soynut butter was what I tasted.
