Need a motivating buddy to lose 50 pounds with by April 2007
Hey,
I have journal on here you can catch a glimpse of just how much help I need. I am having a really hard time keeping on track and getting motivated with the holidays. Some days are great but I am still in the "one day at a time" phase of things. I initially started in a challenge forum with a bunch of women but it was a little to busy and didn't hold me as accountable as I needed to be. I am a seasoned low-carb (Atkin's-modified) gal.....30 yrs old, in the Midwest but a Cali girl at heart....I miss the west coast. I have a great wife and a beautiful baby girl and loving family and friends but I think I need someone going through what I am to help support and motivate me. I am wanting to visit the 100's again...even 199. That means I need to lose 50 pounds. I am a great supporter and encourager so if interested, I would love to be your buddy! ![]()

Hi Stelakate,
I set out last night to find an online workout buddy. I looked at many sites and people, but I found you just before giving up. You attitude sounds positive and I just get a good vibe reading your post. I too need to lose a good amount of weight, about 50 pounds, maybe a little more, and I set my goal day to be in mid March. I started last week after my brother-in-law brought over a bunch of pictures, just before leaving to go home to Mexico, and I found one of me ( a good one, I am sure you know how rare that is,) of when my husband and I first were dating. I started to bawl, I looked so happy and THIN! I must have been somewhere around 150-160lbs. I have never found something so motivating as that picture. I am a memeber of Curves, but until last week I hadn't gone for more than 2 months. And I had just been eating whatever with guilt all the time. Umm..so that is motivation (I put up my picture on fridge.) So last week I started back to Curves, and started journaling at FitDay.com (check it out, it makes it more of a game to me), and doing aerobics at home everyday. So today I weighed in and I have lost 3 pounds. A respectable number but with all the effort that I put out I was hoping for 5 pounds. But, with the goal I laid out for myself on FitDay, it calculated I needed to lose 3.1lbs every week for 17 week to make my goal, so with that I am happy. I am in Oregon, born and raised. Love it! I have 3 kids, 6,3,3, and I am 26 years old. P.S. I love what you said about visiting the 100's, I too can't "weight" to get there!! :-) |

HI!!!
I am so happy you found me. I was about to give up since I had over 20 people view the profile and NOONE wanted to be my buddy! Awesome! We can do this. What is your name? What are your typical eating days like? I am so happy to have someone who wants to lose 50 pounds too. Lets face it, I can stand to lose more-but in the one's is a reasonable goal I feel I could maintain.
I am going to deal with lots of struggle and temptation this week. Very unmotivated (waiting for period) and needing a fresh start again. I am going to stick close to induction (Atkins) next week--that seems to work for me and I can fight off the carbs, especially here at work. I am a MA for a family practice and the drug rep lunches and treats are KILLERS around this time of year. Also, the gatherings and parties...which I have 3 this weekend alone. Tell me what you have been doing, I have logged on to fitday before. I did like it. Will be emailing mostly from work....but will check in on the weekends. I thought I needed tough love to get me going but I know I just need someone like me, willing to lend an ear and encourage me....we can do this together!!! I am excited! Talk later. Until then, tell me more about you and what you have been doing. Have a great Thanksgiving. |

My Name is/Eating habits
Ok, it's on Stelakate!! My name is Ashley. Well after posting this morning I started thinking about last weeks weight lose and how I can tweak it. So I am going back to the original Curves LC diet for this week. I did the Curves diet 2 years ago and lost 35 lbs. in 3-4 months. Seven of those pounds were in the first week. I got all the way down to 202. My goal was to make 200 before we went to Mexico, so 202 was great. We went for 3 weeks, my hubby's family lives there, and ate whatever his mom cooked for us. When I came home I had only gained 1 or 2 lbs. That was good but from then on I wasn't able to get back on the wagon. I am happy though that I am back on and I am starting at much lower weight this time. So...the Curves LC (phase 1) is basically stay under 20 carbs a day (not including "Free Foods") and eat unlimited Free Foods, lean proteins, cheeses, eggs, and so on. Moderate to lower amounts of fat. "Free Foods" are asparagus, bamboo, broccoli, brussles, cabbage (any kind), mushrooms, califlower, celery, cucumber, garlic, green leafy veggies, lettuce, onions (non-sweet), peppers (any), pickles dill, radish, saurkraut, snow peas, spinach, sprouts, summer squash, and zucchini. Also, to eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day. Usually, as soon as I wake up I have 1/4 to 1/2 cup cottage cottage cheese, and jello. I used to love cottage cheese with jam, but going LC, I just swap out the jam for SF Jello, almost as good, and it gets one of my many meals out of the way. Then around 10:30, 11 I eat brunch, today I had 1 egg, 1 egg beater, half a low carb tortilla, and 4oz. homemade turkey sausage. Then late lunch around 2pm, today, large bowl of salad greens, homemade turkey Gyros meat, 2 grape tomatoes, homemade Tzatziki sauce for on top. Ususally I have all that in a LC tortilla for a darn good LC Gyros wrap sandwitch but today I skipped the tortilla since I already had half of one for breakfast. Let's see..yesterday I made my almost vegitarian chili (a mock of Wendy's chili) and I think I'll have that for dinner around 6, it weighs in at about 4 net carbs. Then, today I did go buy the curves shake powder, a yummy chocolate protein powder to mix with milk. That'll be dessert later. The curves shake is also a "free" item in the line up but counts as one of the small meals.
Ok, so now that I took a grip of time explaining that all, a little more about me. I do my Curves thrice a week and try to do cardio everyday, maybe even twice a day, if I am bored. I love to cook, and adapt recipes to fit my needs. I am a HUGE fan of ground turkey, 97/3 and breast, as you can see above :-D My husband is the Executive Chef at a French restaurant/Bakery (big sigh, yum,) but I am like his soux chef, always writing recipes for him try out. I love to decorate, my most recent project at home was our kitchen, we just finished it in June. We did it all DIY style, with the exception of removal of load bearing wall and wall texture. I also just consulted on the remodel of La Provence, the rest where hubby works. It is turning out nicely. I have pics of my kitchen on "My Space" if you'd like to see, look me up as AshleyGringa. So now, tell me about your eating days, and exercise habits. Well, that's all for now, kids are buggin' me to play Nintendo, and I still have to do my cardio for the day. So hope your day has gone well, temptations have not broken your spirit, and know that I am routing for you. Your diet buddy, Ash Oh, and have a great Thanxgivin' and watch out for those carbs :-D P.S. How do I get my picture to come up on my post, I already included one in my profile, and checked the box that say show picture among other things. Do I have to do something else? thanx Last edited by cardenas5usa : 11-22-2006 at 04:08 PM. Reason: forgot something |

Hi Ash! Call me Jina, Stela Kate is my 4 month old daughter. We have a lot in common. I am really into decorating and have a myspace page too. My bro in law is a chef and cooks the most fabulous food for us---but he likes to cook chicken parm and other really fattening and high carb things. I just love carbs! Sounds like you are so ahead of me with the workouts. That is inspiring because I know for a fact I HAVE TO EXERCISE to lose the weight. I have a precor that is practically new, in my family room I haven't used since before I was pregnant! I lost 50 pounds since July (birth of Stela) for the first time in my life it fell off. Once back to reality and work, it was much harder. In the office I work in there are two other girls and one Doctor. I am like the wrangler for us all. If I do bad, they do bad, if I walk, they walk.....nooon really inspires me or motivates me-its always me suggesting things. Even like get togethers and stuff, I am the one who has the ideas and makes the plans. Sometimes its nice to have someone else say " hey lets go for a walk..." ya know!?!?!?
I am losing the battle today. Started great and has ended horrible. See my sweet wife (Katie) is so supportive a little too supportive but not in a helpful way. She thinks I look amazing NOW and doesn't really see that hinders my progress. I know you can help me help myself. We should definitley swap recipes and ideas. I do try to stay 20 and under for carbs. I like simple easy meals and snacks, since I am the only one who eats this way at home. I do shopping once a week and like things to be on hand. The chili sounds great...maybe give me the recipe? We need to set a goal for our first week together. Maybe something particular by next wednesday? What is your myspace name...mine is: I'm fabulous...be jealous. Well Ash-I am off to bathe my little girl. Have a great holiday. Look forward to seeing your myspace profile. Go into your control panel, select the avatar and it will prompt you to upload or use your existing picture. Pretty easy cuz believe me, I am definitely no techo girl. Have a good night. Check in tomorrow. PS: so glad we met! |

Well Jina, I lost the battle with the stuffing, but the good thing was that I made a huge pan of it with only half of a loaf of bread, some wild rice, and the rest was pan roasted veggies. I find cauliflower is a really great LC filler. I also made my mashers, half potatoes and half cauliflower, some butter, heavy cream, and some parma. The only thing I didn't compromise on was my favorite Crock Pot pumpkin pie recipe, all the yummy pumpkin filling, none of the crust. Really I didn't do too awful, but definitly surpassed my 20 carb mark. That's ok, today I am making up for it.
A goal for next Wednesday sounds great! How does three pounds sound? And exercise, what kind of exercise do you do? You have any aerobics DVDs? I use Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away the Pounds" and Kathy Smith's "Project You." I prefer Leslie Sansone, but Kathy's really makes me sweat. If you do, how about you plunk Stela in some sort of baby receptical(LOL) next to you and do your workout. Talk to her while you do it, tell her what you're doing. I remember when the twins where little I used to do that all the time before I joined Curves. They thought it was great fun, watching their mama look like a big puppet :-D How about every day until we get to Wednesday? Then we can weigh in. That is great that you have already lost 50lbs. and with very little effort, I love it when that happens, not often enough though. It is nice that Katie is so supportive and happy with all the progress you have already made. But if you feel it hinders your motivation, just suggest that she tell you all those great things, and then follow them up with an invitation to go for a walk, or to pop in a exercise DVD, and do it together. It is fun to have a partner while exercising, and I bet she would really enjoy seeing you/participating in the things you need to do to become an even healthier you. Mock Wendy's Chili In a large pot, saute in a teaspoon of olive oil over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes: 1 large green bell pepper, chopped 2 medium stalks celery, chopped 1 medium onion (non-sweet,) chopped 1 medium zucchini, chopped 1/2-3/4lbs. ground turkey 97% lean pinch of salt Add and bring to boil: 6 cups beef broth (I use H2O + 6 tsp beef base) 2 cans diced tomatoes (check for 4 net carb/serving or less) 2 cloves garlic, minced Lower heat and add: 1 Tblsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp paprika 1 Tblsp dry dill Taste for seasoning, salt/pepper for more heat add some more chili powder or cayenne pepper. I always make this soup just "dump" style, this is the first time I have written out the recipe. Right now for us we could even add more meat to make more of a main dish soup, but I kinda like it with a meat on the side, and maybe some greens, makes me feel like I am eating more variety. Well, I gotta jump up and move my booty, shake off some pounds. Ok, girlfriend, shake your booty when you finish reading this. Your buddy, Ashley Oh, and I too am so glad we met, we're gonna do this! |

Just befor that I ate a cup of chili. And had a huge hot tea! I love that trick! It always makes me feel full it I am having a small quantity meal. Ok, hope you are burning calories! Get your groove on! Ash |

Did another workout
So last night Efrain really wanted to get in a cardio so we did a 30 minute routine, and then started a Pilates, but I only made it for 10 minutes of that one, they really make my abs hurt, but thats good, it means it is working. Yesterday I ate really poorly, I ate all the right foods, but not enough of them. When I tallied up my calories, I had only eaten like 700, I guess I wasn't very hungry. This morning we went for Pho soups, we had ours minus the rice noodles and added chinese broccoli. Really good! Ok, talk to you later. Keep on moving and burning calories.

Sweet Craving
Wow, today again I still am not very hungry! I suppose after eating too many carbs on Thanksgiving my body is some how compensating by itself. I was craving something sweet though. So I mixed up a batch of my fake cheesecake, single serving, it hit the spot! I am partial to Peanut Butter and chocolate, so I mixed up 1 Tbsp cream cheese, 1 Tbsp regular PB, 1/4 tspn cocoa powder, tiny drizzle heavy cream, and 1 Splenda packet and ate it with a tiny spoon. Doesn't make very much, just enough to curb my craving.
So what do you do for sugar cravings? What do you miss most about going low carb? Not to stoke the fire, but I miss pizza, and huge "garbage" burritos. I know, I know, that sounds gross, but I just love those things with like everything in them, the ones that take like two, three if you had them, hands, salsa dripping all over. Ok, warm fuzzy feeling gone, back to the real world. I missed going to Curves this morning so I have to do a cardio today. Talk to ya soon, Ashley |

Hey Ash!!
Thanks for the recipes, you are already such a great buddy!! I am so ready to get these 50 pounds off. Aren't you excited you are so near the "1's"???
Wont be long!!!! I finally got my period after it being late and making me a pms basket case, so once today is over (the first 2 days I am in terrible pain) I will be raring to go. Katie is at the grocery store right now getting my basics, shoot-wish I would have seen your chili recipe before she left. Do you ever make chicken nuggets? using egg as glue and prok rinds mixed with spices for the breading? Fry or bake---delicious! I have coffee with 1/2 1/2 and splenda when I need a "fix" for sweets....since the baby we are real coffee drinkers! I know the caffiene can hinder my progress so I try to stay 2 cups a day-but I love it! I also like to semi freeze heavy cream and pour root beer over it, so yummy!!!!! Honestly when I am in ketosis I dont even crave sugar or much food at all, so I cant wait to get back there! I have a precor in our family room but havent used it since before I was pregnant. The weather here was in the 60's this week but I never even walked....didnt feel good all week waiting for this period from hell. NO EXCUSE! This week I will walk at least 3 times (over 1 mile) and do my favorite pilates dvd at least 2 times. That is 5 workouts and our goal of 3 pounds down by wednesday! HORRAY! I love pilates, but it does kick your butt-in a great way! with miss Stela it can be a challenge but I still have plenty of time and zero excuses. I dont give myself a break enough for losing that baby weight and then some.... I need to learn to take it easy on myself. I am afraid I am near the 260's again with the bad eating this week and my period weight, but I have to deal with it. Will tell you tomorrow what I weigh in at. 3 pounds in 3 days eating low carb is doable, I know I have that much water weight I can get rid of. We will do this Ashley! PS-I LOVEEEEE your kitchen. Amazing. Love your family room too, you have great decorating taste!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just know we are going to be great for eachother! Check in later! |

hello period, hello workouts
I hate waiting for a period!! It sucks huh? It always seems to happen at the worst time. But cool that you will be ready to go tomarrow! 3lbs on low carb is totally doable!! And it is good that we made our goal, it keeps us accountable. I have to say the prospect of reaching the 100's is so exciting, so much so that I just had to get up this morning and weigh. I am at 206.6 already, so it confirms that I am for sure a carb sensitive person.
Mmmmm....those chicken nuggets sound so good!! I can't believe I havn't done that before?!? We always have Chicharrones (pork rinds) around. And thanx for talking about pork rinds because I had totally forgot about that crunchy snack. I guess I have been out of the loop for long enough to forget some of my existing faves are really good for this diet. Have you ever had the pork rinds in a micro bag just like popcorn? They are made here Oregon. They are SO GOOD, the spicy version is my absolute favorite crunch snack. Plus, they figured out some way to make them with less fat, so you really can eat the whole bag and not feel the slightest bit guilty. Regular pork rinds that are already made in the bag pale in comparison, to me they smell like fart in a bag, LOLOLOLOLOL !:-D I am sure you can find them on the internet, the only place that regularly carries them here is our Cash n' Carry, it's like a restaurant/vendor supply store. A case is 16 bucks but totally worth it! Ahh yes the caffien crunch, I am not so much an at home coffee drinker, usually drink tea, but I do love those 7/11 coffee machines with like 5 different flavors, just before I started to get my act together we were running to the Star Mart every night to get a chai latte. Thanks for the compliment on the kitchen. It was such fun to do our kitchen, a lot of blood, sweat, tears, but it turned out so nice. Our downstairs is tiny, what you see in the pictures is the whole down stairs (save the bathroom around the corner), but my family loves to sit on the couch and watch me cook. They say it is just like watching a cooking TV show, LOL. Alright, gotta get moving, say hi to your sweet family for me, I'll checkin later too! Ashley |

hey
It's Sunday evening and I have to go back to work after having a nice 4 1/2 day break. Ugh. I do wish I could work from home, but I would probably be 300 pounds. Easy. Work is the place I can stay on track and not get too crazy though the two girls I work with (we are all good friends-they were my bridesmaids) depend on me to determine how we will be doing, if we exercise at lunch, if we eat good or bad....it gets old. I am glad I have you to check in with and keep me accountable, otherwise I would probably keep doing bad. I am not going to freak over the scale tomorrow-I know it will be reallllly bad, and that is OK. Gotta start somewhere. My frig is loaded with no-fail foods so I should be good to go.
I am so tired when I eat high carb foods, I really should treat myself like an addict who CANNOT have those devil carbs. Cant wait for a fresh start tomorrow. So tired of the back and forth! I have tried the micro. pork rinds they sell them at Walmart---good!!! But prefer them room temp. not hot. Sometimes we get the chiccarones (SP??) from the Mexican food store and they are soooo good and meaty-they are so different than store bought. Katie is 1/2 mexican so we do enjoy our mexican food. A love for that stuff---so bad for me. I made a batch of fresh salsa so at least I can dip my pork rinds in it this week..I love food so much. You will hear a more positive, motivated person come next week. I am just trying to get through the rest of this day and bring on tomorrow....even though I hate mondays. Have a great night! ![]() |

the damage...
Alright Ash,
The scale was not kind but I knew it wouldn't be. 258.5 that is insane, but it is some period water retention too, so we'll see what I will be at later this week. I am still in on weighing Wednesday. I am rejuvinated and feeling like I can really get this done now that my period and Thanksgiving are behind me I feel I can do some serious work this next month. The office will start filling with goodies from patients and drug reps so resisting will be hard, but I will stay on track. I hope to be down 3 pounds every week for the next 4 weeks so by Christmas I will be around 245/246. That will be hard for me, but I will do it. I was thinking last night, the last time I was in the 100's-was 12 years ago. That is depressing. Very excited to get this done. I will walk today at lunch. Talk soon!!! |

Hey, that is not bad!!
You said before you might have made back to 60's again but you didn't! That is great news, plus like you said, water weight, and those carbs from Thanksgiving, they are gonna burn up like a dry christmas tree, you wait and see!! I have total confidence that you can do this!
Great idea to walk at lunch, get in an extra burn! Have you ever considered getting those velcro on weights for you wrists and ankles, they really pump up a walk! They are small so you could store 'em in a drawer at work even. I made it to Curves again finally, hadn't gone since I think Wednesday, holiday and all. It felt good to get some weight training in! Last night I got in another pilates, got a little further in the routine, about 15 minutes. I quit when my abs felt like they were going to explode though, and I felt silly! Some of those exercises I think someone just sits around and thinks of dumb ways to make people put their ass in the air and look like a fool, LOL!! But, I did notice in the mirror that my tummy bulge appears to be shrinking. Just last week I put on a new shirt that looked okay, but to make it look good I had to really suck it in all the time. This week I put it on and didn't even realize or think about sucking it in, the shirt hung well all by its lonesome! Yahoo!! As to the goodies, if everyone in the office is trying to eat well and does well when you do well, coordinate with them so that you all bring in yummies that you don't have to feel guilty about. Maybe they would all go for that. But I know there will always be that rogue goody, so keep stocked with protein snacks, avoid the goody area, even if it means you ask someone else to drop off a paper or deliver a message. If you don't have to walk by the goody tray, less chance of you succumbing, is that how you spell that??!? So what did your honey Katie pick up at the store for you for this week? I have to go get more of those paper bag looking tortillas, 3 net carbs and big enough to just use half for a small meal. I also gotta figure out how many carbs tomatillos have in them cause Efrain has been bugging me to make Chile Verde. I like it but I am going to make it with chicken as opposed to pork. I don't very much like pork, do you? That is unless I make it into Carnitas, then I could probably eat a couple of pounds, not that I would! Okay, off to make my list for the store! Talk to ya soon, Ash |

Jina, I keep forgetting to ask you, so does Katie speak Spanish? I took four years in high school and then when I got married to Efrain I had to keep it up. I am always curious if grown-up-half-Mexicans(that doesn't sound like a very good description, but right now the PC term eludes me, LOL) really keep Spanish alive? I am so worried for my kids that they won't ever be fluent in Spanish. Efrain gets lazy and just talk to them in English most of the time. I have to constantly remind him, Spanish, Spanish, Spanish. I bet I speak more Spanish to my kids than he does, how crazy is that? Ok, I really am going now :-) Ashley

Hellllo!
I am proud to report to you that I walked a mile and a half with my co-worker/friend Rebecca. She is doing low-carb as is Steph my other co-worker/friend. Aside from the Dr. (who is like a gpa to us) that is the entire office. SO, we really should have a no-fail environment. I am proud of my breakfast of eggs (scrambled) and a small lettuce salad with turkey (left over dark meat) and a string cheese for lunch.
I allow myself one caff. free diet pop Diet Dr. pepper (cherry vanilla) is my FAVORITE and feels like a cheat! GOOD JOB on you going to curves. I have thought of that before, is it mostly older people? I get a discount at the YMCA through work but didn't really use it a couple years ago. Now that we moved its only a few blocks away. I think I should get back into it, being winter soon. Then there is the precor sitting at the house, I feel so bad for not using!!!!!! Katie doesnt speak spanish. Her Mom doesnt either. Her Gpa did. They are a pretty "white" spanish family...aside from the good ass food. I love fideo (?SP) do you make that? I bet you do!!! Katie bought me the basics, meat, cheese and some snack things...olives, pork rinds, string cheeses, cottage cheese. I like quick things but I do need to get the recipes going, because with the two of us it gets a little old making 2 dinners. She isn't a real meat eater, more junky food eater...but that isn't for me to worry about. I have to get it together. I bet the kids keep you busy at home! Will go for now. Talk soon. ![]() |

Good Job!!
Jina, one and a half miles at lunch, that's great! You must have been huffing it to be able to eat your lunch and get in a good walk. That is really good that you had someone to go with you, it makes it so much more fun.
Mmm...the Diet Dr. Pepper Cherry Vanilla is one of my favorites, the only pop I like better is the Shasta Chocolate Pop, they only make it in Diet that I have found. It is sooo, good! We went to Mongolian BBQ for luch today, but it went well. Efrain and I gave our rice and soup to the twins to eat and we made big meat and veggie bowls to eat. So although I ate more than I usually eat in a meal right now, it was all low carb. Curves has a good variety of people. There are very few people there in their 20's but lots of people are around 30-35. That said, there are a lot of older folk clicks that all meet up around the time when I go at 6 a.m. Don't feel bad that your Precor is sitting there, just get on it and use it! Everyday is a fresh start! Fideo, the soup with fried noodles and tomato broth. My kids love it and would eat it everyday if I made it. About really cooking, how about Gyros wraps? Do you guys like them? I have a great recipe that can go LC and Non-LC at the same time. I use a LC tortilla and anyone not eating LC, gets a soft pita. I can post it or email it to you if you'd like. I'm out for now, talk to you later, and keep up the great work!! Ashley ![]() Last edited by cardenas5usa : 11-27-2006 at 05:03 PM. Reason: edit |

Hello Tuesday....
Hi Ash!
That gyro recipe sounds great. I am not a bad cook, Katie cooks sometimes too but we are the type that never has everything you need to make things. Oh it takes flour, we are out...oh, we are out of butter or sugar or whatever....don't have special spices and things like that. We have always been a quick food couple. But that does need to change, we have to get serious. Before the baby we would eat out for meals about 5 times a week, seriously! Katie had gastric bypass in March, has lost 120 pounds and changed some things so we dont eat that way much anymore. Though she does still eat badly sometimes and still likes her snacks. She looks so different now and everyone notices that! I am the after thought sometimes, they say she looks fantastic and then turn to me and ask about Stela. It's a pity party I throw from time to time but It's not like I am neglected or anything. It gets depressing sometimes. Well today is going well, we had a drug rep lunch that ran over an hour so we didnt get to walk-but I could always get on my precor couldn't I??!! I had some meat and salad and it didn't agree with me, I have already taken 3 trips to the bathroom. Guess that is more weight down for the weigh in tomorrow. I am excited to hear what you are at, you have done so well!!!! I will talk with you later! ![]() |

Jina, I can't wait till morning too,
to see where we are both at! The only thing that I am a small bit worried about is that I am very irregular BM wise :
LOL!! I havn't done #2 since last Wednesday, OMG!! I can't believe that I am saying this!! :-) I took some Milk of Mag to go last Wed., that worked. I already took some tonight, that way I can get a correct weight in the morning. Do you ever have this problem? Last time when I did hardcore LC, I didn't have this problem. This morning I had and egg+whites and 2 sausages, big ones. I wasn't very hungry the rest of the day just peckish, so I guess that makes up. We did go to a friends for a birthday and they made Tamales, mmm. But it wasn't even all that hard to resist, good news. I ate the yummy meat out of two of them and had whatever masa came with, not too much though. Well, it is already 10 and I still have to do my aerobics, so I checki n bright and early. Hope you made it onto your precor. Let's cross our fingers for that 3# lose!!! your flubby buddy, Ashley :-) Sleep well!!Last edited by cardenas5usa : 11-28-2006 at 10:14 PM. |
