Besides I ate sushi last night...Now it gives me an excuse to get my butt out and run. The more I sweet, the quicker the salt flushes out.

Morning!

I just wanted to share I had an unofficial weigh in on the WW scales last night late. I had to go back to my office because I forgot to do something and I was talking to an employee about missing my weigh in because she also attends and had missed. Well come to find out her Aunt is the WW receptionist therefore she met both of us and gave us an unofficial weigh in. Reality check weigh in.

I was down .5.
That was after eating all 3 meals and late evening about 8:PM. I am never thrilled with my slow lose but .............. better than I deserved!

Skinny Vibes to all Friday weigher's!!

Busy day! Son has prom,meeting for daughter at school for high school schedule planning and I HAVE to find some smaller clothes to take to San Francisco Sunday. My manager told me yesterday I need to invest in some smaller shirts because mine are to big. She a manager but also a good friend. No harm or hard feelings. She is jealous.

I get it with brown rice at my spots....you can just get veggies...or some do cooked fish....

It's not the same with out the raw yellow tail mmmm my fave

Our Chinese restaurant (we only have 2) was serving "brown" rice. I thought that was really cool. One day I asked the owner if it was really brown rice? After a little bit of hedging and back and forth questions -- I got out of him that it was "browned" rice. Regular white rice stirfried with soy sauce so that it would be "browned".

okay. Not the answer I was hoping for.

Lol that's horrible....This sushi restaurant specializes in brown rice sushi.....but you can taste the difference in browned rice vs brown rice.

I'm here!! I only worked a half a day today. Yippee!! The weekend is here. Whew I have to try and keep myself busy this evening. TOM is here and all I want to do is eat eat and eat!! It started last night with some tortilla chips and today hasn't started off too well either. I'm struggling....stupid hormones. I think I'll go outside for a bit. Maybe I'll stop thinking about eating! Is it just me or does anyone else have those days that they just want to eat? If so how do you deal with them?

Oh yeah I have a NSV to share. This week 3 different people told me they could tell that I'm losing weight. For some reason I automatically say "I've only lost 13 pounds". I need to stop doing that! I don't know why I do. I guess I don't know how to take a compliment. It nice when someone else notices.

Hi Oraki
I noticed this week (w/ TOM) I am much more hungry than last week. Last week I was struggling to get my points in every day and this week i am flying through those WPA's! truth is, our bodies may need the extra calories during this time. I let myself eat when I was hungry but I tried to eat the healthiest snacks @ the lowest points. The most bang for my (points) buck.

The thing w/ a lifestyle change rather than a diet, is that a lifestyle change takes these things (like TOM) into account.

Lose the word "ONLY" from your vocabulary. You worked hard to lose those 13 lbs, show it off and be proud. If you have 13 pounds of free weights or potatoes or something like that lying around, pick it up to see how heavy it is. That is a lot of weight. You should be proud! You are the one that inspired me (another slow loser) to think of this more as a LIFESTYLE change and not a quick fix diet. You are (after all) 13lbs closer to goal!
