Question ~*~ LADIES ONLY ~*~
Ladies, I was wondering what kind of changes you've experienced, as far as your menstrual cycles, since starting low-carb. I'm interested in when you first started low-carb, as well as after you've been doing it, for awhile.

Shorter cycles (every 25-30 days instead of 30-40). Somewhat lighter. MUCH less PMS symptoms (less breast pain and swelling, less bloating, less cramps)-- I can sometimes get my period without even knowing I'm about to. With eating higher carbs I'll know for an entire week leading up to it that it's a-coming!

Almost immediate-- As long as I'm in ketosis for a few weeks before my period it will be so much better. I think after 2-3 cycles you would definitely notice a difference.
