The 94% FF Kettle Corn (Like Orville) is 1 point. The 100 Cal Bag of Kettle Corn (Like Pop Secret) is 2 points.

So another sleepless night for me. *grrr* The thing that really gets me is that I snack way too much at night.

Speaking of snacks, I bougt popcorn and cereal this week and I think i learned another lesson. These are things I cannot have in my house at this time. I do much better when there is only fruit around to snack on, so another lesson learned.

I am not very sore from my walk yesterday which is pleasantly surprising. I even took some hi,,s to challenge myself. I was pretty sure I would be hurtin' for certain.

Hopefully I will be able to get some form of exercise in today.

I only have certain days in the month where I want to eat erasers or anything for that matter. I have come to realize I am a grazer. I lke eating about every 1 1/2 to 2 hours so I spread everything out throughout the day and it seems to work great . There are no traditional times or foods in weight loss for me ,it is just to do what works.(hopefully)I am still trying to find exactly what works because for the last three weeks I have gained so I hope my body will bottom out soon and start going the other wayI know this will work if I work it. Onward and downward

I would really like to be a leader, but it'll have to wait til I'm 45. That's when the weight/guidline chart goes up to 155#. I could never be less than that . My current range is 124-155.........what a joke. I may have been 124 in 7th grade . I was in the 150's when I graduated HS

I had my weigh in yesterday & I lost 1 pound! My weightloss has slowed a bit - I was steadily losing 2 pounds/week until last week when I had a 1.2 pound gain. I think it's due to the sculpting exercises though because even though I had a gain last week - I fit into a smaller size pants! I found my Levi's that I bought a couple of years ago on vacation that I haven't worn [I bought them w/o trying them on] AND I CAN FINALLY WEAR THEM - COMFORTABLY!

Girrrrllll....I would've given it away...food cost too much these days!! but great job knowing you needed to do something

Well, I forgot to pack a lunch today.

I have a "bin" in the school kitchen where I keep my "stuff". I found a foil packet of hickory smoked tuna and put some eggs on to boil. Meanwhile, I ate a 100 cal pack of cheese nips. Our teachers cafeteria...is cute we have a fridge, table, 2 microwaves and a sink. In the fridge there's on teacher who puts her smart ones in there then there's like 2 shelves with ALL my CORE foods lol I've taken over the fridge!

I am the same way w/ meals Tammy. I don't really have them, I just snack all day.

Congrats on your loss and your NSV w/ the jeans! Those can be even more important to us as sometimes the scale does not reflect all our hard work.

What kind of sculpting are you doing?
