Okay still talking PB and pancakes, I have been busy w/customers!!
Okay Menu change- I had a piece of a grilled Ck Strip left over from yesterday and I chopped that up in my salad, now I am eating half of a cold cheeseburger grilled from last night. also drinkin a diet mt dew!!!

Got my 10 min ab workout in

onefit - congrats on the treadmill!!!

Tommie, I know, we eat lots of bugs. It is just kind of creepy that the government has set "allowable" quantities of bugs and bug parts in our foods! I forgot, there was also some allowance in PB for rodent hairs...don't remember how many rodent hairs you could get. Fiber, anyone?

Hey ladies... just got back from Walmart....ugghhh, that place is NEVER not busy. But it's a lot cheaper than the grocery stores on everyday stuff. I bought milk at a grocery store on Saturday and it was $3.99 a gallon there! WM is still $2.88 a gallon.

Oh all that talk about liquor and I ended up picking up some Mojito mix, so of course, had to stop and buy some rum! And since I was there.... a citrus vodka, though I have no idea why except somebody was talking about it here!!!

Anyhoo... imagine my surprise when I arrive home to find a beautiful hydrangea plant from my Oklahoma daughters!!!

Ya'll are too much... that was totally unnecessary, but it sure made my day and it is gorgeous!!! Made DH mighty curious too, but after I let him ponder on it for a bit, I finally showed him the card!!

Hi Girls,Why does it feel like Friday?Maybe it was the Cinco De Miyo the other night.Had a real margarita at dinner.Only went up a pound.Another summer drink is crystal light,rasberry lemonade,with reg vodka.You can put it in the blender but just make the C.L.stronger.Have a great low carb week.Rena

That sounds very good, Rena...I even have raspberry rum if I wanted to really rev up the raspberry flavor. Do you ever freeze the lemonade to make blender slushies? Just wondering if it'd work?
