I've usually been the one to take the pets in the past. with dh's job it's usually easier for me. but it works better for him this time. lucky him, lol.

of course, that means I don't have a car today. I'll have him drop me off at work and I'll either walk home or have him pick me up this afternoon.

I hate not having a car. I always think of places I need to go when I wouldn't otherwise.

when I'm at home I feel that way if it's more than a day or so BUT I'll be stuck at work anyway, so won't really affect me.

I react so strongly to taking the pets and cry like a baby that I can't help but think that's why I don't have kids. If I can't take the pets to the vet, how could I ever raise kids?

I remember the first time I took Dusty for his shots as a newborn. KILLED me to hear him cry. Then 20 years later when he had the wreck and had those awful headaches from the concussion it KILLED me again hearing him in pain. Another really bad time was when he had earaches and a spinal tap. I NEVER want a spinal tap after hearing him scream. He was about 18 then.

It's very difficult when you have so many passing. I went through the same thing back in the 90's. It just seemed like we lost so many. You just get to age where that happens.

Not a sin to be angry, it's a God-given emotion. Like Peskie said, it's how you handle it. You should pray and approach him with what's bothering you if necessary. Then of course forgiveness is a must.
