We are all full of opinions ![]() Quote:
I propose a challenge, I think we should go w/out getting on the scale at home, from one WI to another. Just for one week and see if we do better or worse. I'm betting if we don't know we do better. I have the "Reg syndrome" too, and get on it 5 times a day. I really need to stop. anybody in??? {{{{{{{{SKINNY VIBES}}}}}}}}} To all the Wednesday weigher's!!!!!!! Hey, what happened to our guy friends? ![]()

I started last week because I couldn't take it anymore. I was driving myself crazy! I'm actually much better. I did step on it this morning just to see where I'm at. I have my last at work meeting tomorrow so I was curious. I was really surprised considering I had a burger, fries and some other things over the weekend. I'm doing okay! I think stress really does hinder weight loss. I already have life related stress and my scale issues just made it worse! So I'm in with you!!!Have a great day everyone and I'll be back to catch up later. {{{{{{{skinny vibes}}}}}} Reg and everyone else weighing in today!

You can do it Reg. It is scary at first but I bet you'll feel a lot better.
I've been trying to let go of my scale for a very long time but I guess I was never ready to really do it until now. Join us if you like. ![]() Quote:

Ok, I feel terrible today. This is what happened last night and I'm still trying to figure out why
![]() I was in the mall with dd shopping and she stated she wanted pizza from a favorite place we used to visit. They also make ribs, the best ribs in the state. Well, I decided to order ribs, funny thing (and I actually said it to my dd) is that I really did not even want the ribs...I honestly had no desire to eat them. Long story short I purchased the ribs and ate them. Even while eating them I kept saying that I really did not want them, yet I continued eating. I only had 29 points left (the ribs went WAY over that) so I ate food that I did not want...for what? I don't really understand why I did that, I've been so good on this woe and craved to a food I did not even want ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This is prompting me to get back to the gym today, I know I can't work off all the damage I've done but I am going to workout for at least 2 hrs this afternoon, I will get up in the AM and run my 2 miles and do my squats/pushups/situps and go to the gym again tomorrow and then repeat the same thing Friday. I know I won't earn enough points to compensate for the ribs but at least I'm not going to sit around and let it just pack on the lbs... I feel like crap (mentally). ![]() G

Personally, I HATE the mall and food court. While in FL I went shopping with GMIL and luckly for me she is set in her ways and likes a particular deli near her house. Before she suggested the deli (where I had a wonderful grilled chix salad) I told her "I dont eat fast food, but if you'd like something we can go" Do you like pizza? Pizza is 6 points a slice........totally do-able for a WW ![]() |
