Came home from work yesterday and crashed for a couple of hours. Then had to run into WalMart to finish getting things for celebrating Teacher's Appreciation...

Just got the Creamy Coconut Cake put together, short of toasting the coconut when the honey bbq glazed wings come out of the oven in a few minutes.

Coffee's perking now - thank GOD for caffeine! *laugh*

Bought my boss a pretty pink gerber daisy plant... Picked up some pretty blank note cards also, so I can give her a note with it.

Surprised Russ with a box of truffles and a card on his pillow last night "just because"... He's such a great guy and I love him to pieces.

Off to check the wings and hop in the shower - Need to get to work early to set things up.

Wish I had more time so I could chat you with you girls...

Ahhhh, it is what it is, I guess.

I do my own pedicures. No one around here to do them. That's what you get when you live in the country, but I have always done them myself, so no worries...

Oh, and I meant to tell you now that you are on BP Meds your headaches should go away. When I was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure, I had a severe headache every day, and now I seldom have one.

Suna, YUM, I want cake.

I have to find time to make chocolate cookies to take to work for teacher appreciation week tomorrow.

each day they have a different theme and we signed up for the day we wanted. what better day than CHOCOLATE theme?

. I shoulda said I'd bring a box of chocolates. no, I said cookies. silly me. now I gotta find time to bake them, lol. I think I'll be skipping the shelter today. I don't know when else to do it.
