Than you oraki and Reg for the points. I really wanted to get the 94% Kettle Corn, but I don't think I can do sweet right now. I don't want to ruin all my hard work.

3Fat Chicks has OR listed as 4-5 points fpr the bag of 94%

Reg,

My beach was very warm.

I was going to ride tonight but it was so darn windy that I decided against it. I did not want my legs to tired. I have a 25 mile race/ride Saturday. Saturdays ride is more competitive for me. I want and expect a good finish. I want the prize money!!

My eating sucks this week. I have a "don't give a crap" attitude.
I know it is because I am leaving my husband and kids for a week to go to San Francisco Sunday.
I alway have fun once I am gone but it is the before that saddens me.

Sorry to be so damn whinny tonight.

Babbs

All the Orville 94% popcorn that is listed on the WW site is 2 points. My guess is that 3FC used the points calculator with the cals/fats/fibers for the "unpopped" nutrition label.

aww Babbs sorry you are feeling Blue.

Reg, you are the best!

anyone know how to hasten the ripening of Blueberries? You know how you can put pears, apples and kiwis in a bag? What do you do for blueberries? I can't find any info online. I usually don't eat them (except in muffins )but they were on sale and I figured I would try them.

Vanilla and chocolate WW shakes both have 10g of protein. I think they are a little to thick too, so I add a little more water, or some ice. I also mix in a banana. I keeps me filled from 7:00 till around 11:00.

I also hate my Waldbaums because there is a really creepy dairy guy that is always there and he always hits on me. *Ack*

Yeah...he freaks me out. I almost want to ask my ex to come food shopping w/ me next time.No...seriously.

I only got to do the NordicTrack and that was only 1AP. I figured I didn't wanna burn out on cardio because I knew I would have a long day and I already deal w/ fatigue. I also did my upper weights. I do 3 sets of 6 different bicep, shoulder and tricep exercises at 12 reps a set. (5lbs) I never count these AP's because it only takes me 9-12 minutes. Does anyone count their weight work????

I just had an awesome saiad and now I need to rest a bit.
Always count weights and cardio. a workout is a workout.

i haven't noticed, and I've been doing them for weeks. I think the salads are what get me going.

I make my boys 13 & 14 get on their scooters and go w/ me on my runs. They walk to slow and b***h too much, so the scooters work well. Plus they are couch potato's, so I don't feel guilty at all.
So don't feel guilty about having them go, plus it gives you time to talk. It may be something they grow up to remember.

Hi Ladies
Is it ok for me to join. I have joined WW online but love this forum.

I'm 5'6 and my weight has fluctuated. I love the point system to help me portion control but I also am focused on whole foods with the freedom to eat unhealthy on occasions not feel off plan provided I stay within the points and having the control to earn activity points if I go over.

my daily point target is 22 pts. I also suffer from binge eating when really stressed out and learning to process my feelings and really feel them when I feel them instead of numbing them out with food.

I'm 5'6 and weigh about 175lbs. My goal is to weight 145lbs. So 30lbs to go. anyone with same weight loss goals.

Hello saratea and welcome!!!!

We have similar weigh loss goal. I want to lose about 32lbs. I may reevaluate once I get to my goal of 135, but that has always been a pretty decent weight for me. We'll see I guess.

We have similar food goals and I am a huge binge eater as well.....so, Glad to have ya aboard!
