Hi girls!
Last week of training! WOOHOO!! May hit 70 here today - woohoo for that too!

I'm up .5 from Friday and 2 from siggy. Not as bad as I thought from my splurge this weekend but bad enough. I went back to the treadmill this morning and it kicked my butt. I only had the incline at 3 when I was doing at least 6 before and I went at my usual speed and I sweated up a storm. My legs are all wabbly still. Hopefully this kickstarts something - now if I can just keep from eating too much I'd be golden! I'll be eating P1 until Friday and then yet another splurge for DD's birthday. Then I think I'm okay until Memorial Day.

Cindy - I finished all 7 episodes of Lost - thank goodness I can fast forward thru commercials. I still have some episodes of Criminal Minds and a few others here and there. I can't wait til this "season" is over either.

For accountability - I had Dreamfields spaghetti for dinner last night instead of fish. I was making pasta for DH and it was just easier.

Today's menu:
B: Broc quiche / tea
S: LSV8 or LC crepes with SF syrup
L: salad bar
S: toasted nuts and chick peas
D: ?? Salmon maybe
S: NSA fudgesicle

Off to heat up breakfast and then to training.
Have a great Monday girls!
Neesie

Afternoon! I'm here for my points!!

Had my observation today with my prinicipal (who will be our Superintendent next year) and she was very complimentary and pleased with the lesson and class. I told the kids on Friday that if they were behaved during the class I would reward them with a treat the next day. I will have to pick up some donuts tomorrow before work. Don't worry---I'll stick to my iced coffee only!

Kelly- Hang in there girl! I lost just over 5 lbs. last week on Phase 1 and I know you can too!

Neesie- It is called "Callanetics: 10 Years Younger in 10 Hours" The creator is Callan Pinckney. The Exercise Board on LCF has tons of info on it. I got my copy through Amazon.com

Cindy, Tina-

Did 40 minutes of my Pilates DVD yesterday. I will be doing another hour of Callanetics tonight. DH and I are going to have dinner and then he'll be off to work at 6:30. (His new hours start tonight) It is weird having him home with me after I get out of work. Usually I'm on my own for awhile until he gets home at 8. It is a nice change though.

Today's Eats: (Phase 1.5)
B: yogurt, stevia
S: string cheese
L: taco salad
S: 15 almonds
D: "meat" and veggie tomato sauce over whole wheat pasta (my one grain today)
S: NSA fudgesicle

Ladies. Popping in for my points. Things here are still but hopefully this week will be it. I'm really trying to juggle a few of my personal commitments in with this work stuff and I'm making myself nuts!! Sheees, I should know better!

Menu for today:

B - 3 scram eggs w/gr. pepper, 2 turkey sausages
S - ff plain yogurt mixed in with 3 chopped up strawberries - yummmy
D - SB frozen dinner, salad
S - ff cottage cheese, celery sticks
S - 2 hb eggs, v8

I know - I'm all turned around but I eat what sounds good when I get hungry. Phase 1 is what I'm trying for this week. Wish me luck.

BBL if I can. If not, have a great evening.

Hi ladies!

Well, I'm not up to much today except studying for my two finals tomorrow...yey...NOT! Everything is going well here and it is hot outside, whoo hoo! My white legs are so pale, so I might take them out to tan and soak up some much needed sun.

I've been feeling like TOM is going to arrive any minute, and then nothing. It's got me worried since my last pap came back abnormal, I had two periods in one month last time, and I quit the BC pills. I'm thinking I might have to schedule an appointment w/ my gyno. I really, really, really don't want to.

Good news is that I jumped on the scale nekked this morning and I'm still at 170...what a relief! I think I'll stick to phase 2 this week because of finals, but after that, I'm spending some more time in phase 1.

Neesie: Psycho girl marries our friend on June 6th, which means I have exactly one month to get my big booty into that dress I bought.

Dani: I finally got around to ordering the callanetics vid on ebay. Instead of bidding on it, I just bought it directly from the store, and paid less than what some bidders were paying. I can't wait to try it!

Kelly: OMG, don't even mention the Mongolian Grill; I love it there!! DH and I have a hard time staying away. The good thing is that I never gain weight after eating there, and trust me, we've eaten there ALOT! I agree with you about Ironman, it was really good.

Cindy: I like the new shoes. I'm thinking it's time for me to invest in some new ones too. Mine are ooooolllllddddd.

Marsha: God luck on phase 1!

Tina: Did you already take your trip to NYC?

Kristi: I need to start hitting the gym. I see you're doing strength training today, and it makes me feel terrible because I haven't been in like a month!

Ok beachers, back to my studying, BBL!

Beach Babes, where are you???

Quiet last night.....we all have to promise as we go into the warmer weather and get busier with summer activites - we WON'T disappear!!!

Yesterday was a good day....busy at work, and need to get so much done around here before graduation at the end of the month. I get home from work and am beat; getting dinner, cleaning up and just the normal day to day stuff is enough during the week

DD18 has senior ball this weekend, so this week we are ALL gearing up for that!

Good luck with finals Vero!
Marsha - hoping things quiet down for you soon!

Hugs to the rest of the babes!!!

Yesterday:

2 cups of coffee
Bfast: Cindy's Turkey Melt, 2 small flax muffins
Lunch: Taco Salad with Salsa, 2 sb pb cookies
Snack: 2 HB eggs
Dinner: Grilled chicken, salad, ww mac and cheese
Snack: sf pudding

Good Morning Beach Babes!

yesterday's eats:
b - 2 eggs, rr
s - taco soup, cheese stick
l - egg cream, green beans w/T of bacon bits
s - 2 eggs, rr
d - wings, celery w/ranch

Man it was quiet in here yesterday! I'm back tho, so no more of that! I'll keep our thread count up!

NYC was great! Too bad it was only a day trip. I really want to go back. It was so chaotic tho because we did not have a plan. Definately have a plan for next time! I would like to take the kids there someday also. We had dinner at Planet Hollywood which was cool.

I did not weigh myself this morning. Day one down! Don't get me wrong I wanted to, but i didn't. I'll see how tomorrow goes.

Cindy - senior ball, is that like the senior prom? I'm with you, work, dinner, cleanup and you just don't have time to get much else done in the evenings.

Vero - good luck with your finals today!

Marsha - When do you go back to your regular shift?

Kristi -

Renee - it happens to the best of us! Stick to the plan this week, you'll do great!

Dani - I got my 10/10 video but haven't had time to check it out yet! Hopefully sometime this week. Congrats on the class observation!

Ericha - where you at? how you doing?

Kelly - I've been doing that to myself for months! get back OP and you'll be ok!

Neesie - how're you doing w/the weighing thing? Have you started not weighing?

BBL

Hi ladies!

Just peeking in to say good morning before my first final. I'm being really bad tho because I know I'm transfering to a school in Texas, so my grade won't transfer, all that shows up is that I took the course and passed. This is making me feel very lazy, like why study? who needs an A anyway? I don't know, I guess I should at least put in a little effort. Anyway, gotta go. I'll BBL!

I logged in yesterday, started a post and never got a chance to finish.

So glad to be able to check in today. I can't stay long as I've got loads of work to do an a client to show property to in 30 minutes.

The weekend was a success...I'm down to 258!

Apparently this new program I'm doing is helping. I am upset about one thing, though...I haven't been to the gym in over a week. First my back was sore then I got too busy. I was planning on going last night but had to run an errand for work that took me completely out of the way so it was much easier just to go home. I am proud that I jumped on the elliptical at home and did 30 min and then did a 20 min Jackie Warner upper body workout from OnDemand.

Yesterday's eats:
B: Brown rice bread w/ n almond b, glass of vanilla soymilk w/ splenda
S: strawberries
L: salad w/ lettuce, tomato, avocado, tuna, olive oil and lemon juice
S: think thin bar
D: grilled chicken breast, curry lentils, hummus, english peas
S: 2 tbsp nab, 2 tsp sf maple syrup (I was craving something sweet )

water: 60 oz.
exercise: 30 min elliptical (2.5 mi & 440 cal), 20 min upper body strength training

Today's eats:
B: Brown rice bread w/ n almond b, glass of vanilla soymilk w/ splenda
S: strawberries & orange
L: turkey chili & tomato/avocado/olive oil/lime juice salad
S: almonds
D: mediterranean salad (lettuce, olives, cucumber, sundried tomato, hummus) w/ grilled shrimp, olive oil and lemon juice
S: ???

water: shooting for 80 oz. today
exercise: none...have to do laundry tonight.

We had a great weekend with the two homes on the market. We have offers on one tomorrow and the second on Thursday. We think the one on Thurs is going to get 3-5 offers and sell for $150-200K over asking.

I'll try to log in later today for indies. Maybe I'll take the laptop with me to the laundromat tonight.

Miss you ladies! KUTGW!

Hi Girls,
You can count me in on the struggling list. I am still 6 pds over siggy weight right now, and I cant keep from eating stuff that is not OP. I am trying today, although breakfast was shredded wheat cereal with the sugar coating on it, nothing else sounded good and I didnt have time to cook anything like eggs.
I need to get myself in gear. I have an interview for a new job in the city, my interview is next Wed, so I have to go by myself a new suit this weekend because none of my dress clothes really fits well anymore. I want to make a good first impression anyway, I also need to get my brows done and my hair colored, my grey is showing lol. SO much to do. I have vacation in like 18 days too.
I have a busy weekend planned too, I am going into the city to see family, its like a 2 hr drive there and another 2 hrs to get home, long day.
Anyway, I just wanted you guys to know I am still around, trying to get my motivation back, its hard sometimes.

I'm lurking and have been the last couple days. TOM is here and I'm getting over a sinus infection that I'm sure I got doing water aerobics. I'm kind of hit and miss with my eating. I really wanted soup yesterday so we went to Panera and I got baked potato soup, which was the worst possible soup for me carbwise but it was good and made me feel better.

Had a nice, quiet weekend with Brad. We leave Thursday for Georgia. I'm so excited.

Have a great day!

Checking in for my points. Yes, Cindy, my name is on your clipboard - but I don't see real well.

Things are definitely getting more hectic here at work. I wish they would all go away and leave me alone. Some PITA Engineer just came in to try to get me to drop my dinner and do something for one of the other Engineers. The girl that's working with me told him it would cost him some dark chocolate. The dumb bunny went to the machine and got me a dark chocolate Milky Way. Lucky me, I don't like them so I'll take it home to DS24.

Elizabeth - If I don't get back, have a great time in Georgia. Bring back some warmer weather, sunshine and peaches, would ya?

Tina - I'm hoping this will be over on Saturday BUT I really think it will be the following Saturday. Our idiot boss can't make that kind of decision, ya know?

Not a whole lot of time but I wanted to jump in. I'm here but I just can't get away from this work thing. It should be outlawed - or they can just pay me to stay home! BBL if I can.
