I am my normal Atkins food. Stillman's is very bland and boring, bleh, but guess worth it when one sees the scale going down. Diane, sweetie hang in there, maybe turn your thoughts to something that grosses you out, so you can forget about your craving for sugar. I hear that it works. Just a little thought. |

Moretta.. yes stillman's is very boring .. the more you stick exactly to plan the more you lose... it is tough.. adding things here and there is where you get into trouble you have to
keep the carbs under 20... zero is better The ones doing heavy exercise can stay in ketosis while adding some good veggie carbs but it's a slippery slope...sticking EXACTLY to plan is the best plan |

Magikcal: WTG you rock girl with 1.5 acres. That was a great workout for the day. Keep it up.
Diane: Glad the water took away your craving. Slatman: Thanks for the information. I would not go off track because I would keep track of everything in Fitday even if I am doing Stillmans. I like to know my calorie intake per day etc. |

After my cheat day on Sunday, I surprisingly was not that hungry on Monday. I drank my coffee w/HWC in the morning, had to force myself to have some tuna for lunch then a couple of meatballs for dinner. Don't know what is up with me. Do you think even after my cheat I was still in ketosis? Or is it easier to get back to ketosis since I cheated basically within only a couple of hours then got back on track? In any case, I guess I shouldn't complain, I didn't gain any weight beside 1 pound after the cheat. Hopefully I can get back full swing in the next day or two.
Everyone is doing awesome. Keep on plugging, one day at a time. I am worth it! |

Good Morning Everyone!!
Surprisingly, I'm up early again this morning. That just means I can exercise earlier and longer. I'm happy to say that I'm down a lb! I didn't expect that, but I must have done something right! Hi LaRon, I don't know anything about Ketosis, lol, I have never checked myself for that because I was just losing. But you're doing well and as long as you're losing, you'll know that you're in ketosis, even if you don't check for it. I'll talk to everyone later!! |

cskies: we had an inch of rain last night with those storms that came through. Supposed to get more rain tonight and tomorrow. The ground is saturated and still cold. Not good for the veggie garden! Last edited by LaRae : 05-06-2008 at 08:28 AM. |

Happy Tuesday everyone.
Today I decided to use as a refeed day. So I am doing Atkins today all day. I have lost .2 grams this morning, not a big deal as long as the scale is going down I'm happy. I will be back on Stillmans tomorrow again. magickal: WTG girl, I guess the mowing paid off. ![]() shari: Glad you had a great trip. Welcome Back. diane: Congrats on losing a lb you go girl. cskies: yucky to rain, but sounds like you are doing great. LaRon: Yay to getting back on track and to not being hungry. I felt the same way after 1/2 day of doing Stillman's, I found my hunger suppressed. |
