I'm a Newbie

I started today and i am pumped for a lifetime change! My husband was diagnosed with diabetes two years ago and after seeing the difference in his sugar levels with low carb meals i decided it was time....I look forward to getting to know everyone and to seeing a new me in 2008!

Thanks! Right now i am doing the Atkins '72 induction.....So far So Good!

Me too. I am a second-timer. Great success on the first try. Got lazy and wa-lah!! Anyway, good luck everyone!! I am so thankful for this site. I did not know about it before. Such encouragement!!
