I have been told on the nasty WW MB that Veggies/Salad is Zero. There was an article called "When Zero isnt Zero" and I was told *wagging finger* that even if I ate 10 cups of lettuce and the points calculator said 1, it's still really ZERO

As far as the Wishbone spray goes.........when you get up to 30 sprays you can count it as a point.

Am I correct?

and what is a 1 bag Chocolatey drizzle????

Oh,m and I love the quote and pic this morning! Thank you for getting us started!!!

I think the food on CORE looks great and it's something I may be intrested in. Since I stopped smoking though I have no idea when I am full LOL! and....it's been 2 1/2 years already!!!!

I think if I can stay OP for a few months (Maybe even weeks) I will make the switch. I love those low GI foods.

Dedicated you make me laugh everyday woman!!!

WTG MIKE!!!!!!!!

I know the weight loss is a little different, but this is a plan you can stick to. How was your weekend???

Congrats slimdays!!!!! That rocks! Look at you eating only a half a piece of cake! That is control! I'm so happy you had a nice time.

Hi Aijarama! I don't think we have met before.
I love what you said about not having to start over and how much WW makes sense.

I'm sorry about the gain but you are probably right about the water.

That recipe does look delish. Man I love polenta. I wonder where in the supermarket it would be. My ex used to make it from scratch, I am not that handy.

Hi Violett - thanks I can definitely stick to this plan
My weekend was great, yesterday was really nice weather so I was playing with my 3 y/o son all day.

main meals

POINTSŪ Value: 4
Servings: 6
Preparation Time: 15 min
Cooking Time: 30 min
Level of Difficulty: Moderate

Happy Cinco de Mayo! This Mexican specialty will easily become a family favorite. We used lean turkey but you can use lean ground beef instead.*

Ingredients

* 1 sprays cooking spray
* 3/4 pound lean ground turkey
* 1 medium onion(s), chopped
* 1 tsp chili powder
* 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
* 1 cup fat-free skim milk
* 4 oz canned jalapeno peppers, drained and chopped
* 1/2 tsp ground cumin
* 3 large burrito-size wheat flour tortilla(s)
* 3 cup tomato(es), chopped
* 10 Tbsp low-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

* Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Place turkey, onion and chili powder in skillet and cook until turkey is browned, stirring occasionally to break up meat, about 8 minutes. Remove turkey mixture from skillet and set aside.

* Place skillet over medium-high heat and add flour. Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk until blended. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium; simmer until thickened, about 2 minutes.

* Remove skillet from heat; stir in turkey mixture, jalapenos and cumin.

* Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave on HIGH until softened, about 15 seconds. Place 1 tortilla in bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Spread 1/3 of turkey mixture over tortilla. Spoon 1 cup of tomato on top and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) of cheese. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients ending up with 2 tablespoons of cheese.

* Cover pie plate with aluminum foil and cook until cheese melts and filling is warmed through, about 15 minutes. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes before cutting into 6 wedges.

Everyone gets an additional 35 points a week on top of their daily points. Daily points are determined by your height, age, weight, activity level during the day, M or F (and if youre a nursing mom you get more points.)
