Not exactly sure but I am a transcriptionist for a hospital and they most always put people on Theragran. I have been taking that but if anyone knows different please say.

I am a believer in the Four Pillars from Pharmax. A bit pricey, but they really make a difference in how we feel.

Consumers Reports listed the Walgreens Multi vitamin-mineral as a best buy meaning
it does what it should do at a good price.

I take a Woman's One a Day or a Centrum Silver. I kind of alternate month to month. I'm not much of a vitamin or health nut, so I hope those are fine.

I have taken Shaklee for about 30 yrs. now..a little more expensive but natural..Your best bet might be the health food store for a good supplement and they are pretty knowledgable...some vitamins are made with patroleum products, and by law if it says natural on the bottle that could mean only 10%.........

I heard a story once that those porta pottys you see at fairs and stuff there are lots of tablets in them and they can read the name and one was Theragram. So to me that said in and right out.

I know it says you are not supposed to consume iron while on the atkins diet, but I just bought One A Day Multivitamin for women...and it has iron in it (I didnt know what else to get) is that ok? Or do I need to buy an iron-free multivitamin? If so...any sugestions of one's you can buy from the drugstore?

I am not crazy about swallowing multi-vitiams everyday. I usually stop taking them. I found Sugar-Free Cherry Fiber Choice plus Multi-Vitiamin at my Grocery Store. You do not have to drink a bunch of water like with other fiber and the vitiamin are plentiful!

Oh. I forgot to add... there truely is no sugar in the Sugar-Free Cherry.
