RR - how many are you eating?

Hi there everbody

Can anyone who has the original Atkins book (the red one) tell me if he stipulates how many Revolution Rolls we can have a day whilst on the strict Induction phase?

Out of a batch of six, I have two for breakfast with either eggs or cheese on top, two to make a sandwich for lunch, and, two in the evening. As you can see, that is one batch a day.

Have had a look through the other RR threads and can't find this and I chucked mt Red book out years ago ..doh!

I make mine with the cream cheese because the mayo type just made me

Anyone know this off the top of the head and help a confused Brit out??

Looks like you're not having a lot of luck getting an answer here--not sure how many rolls fans are on this part of the board right now. Suggestion - you might want to post this same question on the main Low Carb board...and even put a "Cleo & rolls fans-Question" in your title to catch the attention of rolls fans.

"Cleochatra" is the gal who came up with her own version of the Rev Rolls (called the Oopsie Rolls all over the boards, you may have seen reference to them, because her version was actually a mistake; she intended to make Rev Rolls, but put in cream cheese (I think she's the one that came up with that version?) instead of something else-mayo or cottage cheese? Anyway, hers ended up being very tasty & a lot of people use the Oopsie recipe instead.) So, between Cleo & all her rolls buddies, I'm sure someone can give you the correct answer on your specific question.

I am in maintenance and it wasnt the number of rolls per day that turned out to be a problem for me, but the things I put on top of them! Too many calories.....
Were I to do it again, I would do one per day, but then that's my experience.
