Results!!!
When i started callanetics i told myself i would retake my measurements after 10 hours to see if you really could lose 10 inches in 10 hours
Well i haven't quite made it to 10 hours yet been doing it 3-4 times a week but only done 8 hours so far saturday and sunday will make it 9 and 10 but because i am an impatience little thing i decided to measure myself today so here it goes Bust - 1 inch Rib cage - 1.5 inches Arms - 2 inches (x2) Waist 1.5 inches Lower Abdomin - 2 inches Hips - 1 inch Mid thigh - 1.5 inches (x2) So a grand total of 14 inches, thats pretty impressive i think Trish x |

Did AM portion of Callanetics AM/PM. Feeling great! Noticing how as everything gets stronger, normal everyday things like standing, walking, etc, are becoming more effortless.

I would take a picture of yourself in either a tight fitting sports clothes or in a swim suit/underwear (whatever you're comfortable with). I did a full length shot of front side, back side and profile. WOE is Way of Eating |

I am so pleased to hear about everyone's successes! It really is so motivating. Especially today when I am feeling really discouraged. My work clothes felt like they were getting looser so I tried on a pair of other pants that were too tight...and they're still too tight. Like obscenely too tight. I guess my work pants have just stretched out.
I am just feeling so frustrated. I almost didn't want to do my 10/10 last night because I was so upset, but I did it anyway. It's been 11 hours and I honestly thought I'd see more results by now. I have so far to go and I'm wondering if I'll ever make it. Blah. Sorry for the downer. ![]() Secret |

An hour of Callan last night. Funny how on different days, different exercises are harder. Last night, it was the waist stretch with the right arm overhead. That's a new one...

I feel your frustration. Im at 22hours and I dont see results like people here. I keep going hoping to see much more improvement. Overall I feel better, stronger but its not showing. My work clothes feel a little loser to but as far as pants that I wore in the past....there is no change either. So all I do is ![]() |

SecretGirl and ThickeCutie -
I am in the same boat with you - I've lost some inches on my abs and lower thighs, but the whole butt/hips/upper thighs are still the same rotten size and shape. My pants are fitting better, but I'm still in the same size. But, when I do some of the exercises, I can see that my thigh muscles are toning, it's just that they are still covered in my fat. I'm adding in more cardio this week, hoping that will help. Overall, my diet is good, so I'm not overeating. I'm hoping the difference will be the next 4 weeks of 4 times per week, plus the cardio.

Let's go through a checklist: Are you paying close attention to: 1. Form -- no vegging out, no momentum, engaged muscle groups? 2. Diet ? Not eating clean, no logging your food, late-night eating, too many carbs, too many calories, carb-creep -- all possible culprits of zero fat loss (TC, I see you're doing low fat, so if that's not workin' for ya, have you considered low carb higher fat -- a sure-fire way to BURN FAT?) 3. Are you getting adequate cardio? 4. Adequate rest? 5. Plenty of water? Burning fat, getting lean, is not just about working out. It is best accomplished through proper diet (one that's right for YOU), good rest, cardio, sufficient water intake, to name a few.

i would hafta agree with twyla, i did see really good results in the past 2 weeks 2 1/2 weeks max but during that time i did walk atleast 20 miles a week and also stuck to a low carb diet but if you do it properly you should get results, i only lost 1 inch of my hips so hopefully ill lose more this time round but i lost 1 1/2 inches of my thighs, 1 1/2 inches of my waist and 2 off my lower abdomin and 2 of my rib cage so it does work just stick with it ladies and we'll all be slimmer for the summer.
