I think you will be just fine...it's not like you ate a whole jar of peanut butter!!

About the water?? yeah well...hmmm...guess it's a good idea?!! sure can't hurt anything!! I don't like water that much even if it would help me!! I would stay off the scale for a couple of days though...not worried about the peanut butter so much as all the water!!

I don't think I could stay away from peanut butter so if you can you are a stronger person than I am!! Maybe it was just the fat and oil that is in the peanut butter that didn't agree with you today...another time it might not affect you?!! Make it a small reward treat on your atkins days? Then again I love peanuts too!! I have to limit them or I could eat a whole can without realizing it until I was scrapping bottom!!

Magickal

I do love almonds! Especially the natural without the salt. Maybe the oils and salt made your tummy feel that way.

Hey DEBI!! you did amazing in April!! Great Weight Loss!!

I went and got sugar free ice cone syrup at Walmart...they only had it in cherry and blueberry flavors...now I need to remember to get ice!!

Got my treadmill workout done...going to go shower and go to bed! I need to clean up the house some...married daughter from Denver is coming home for the weekend and college daughter is coming home to see her and bring her boyfriend along. It is still a boyfriend/girlfriend thing...she told him she wasn't ready for an engagement ring and didn't want a promise ring!! Glad she can voice her own opinion!!

Just wanted to drop in and say HEY!

I'm still here! just finished up with Day 4

B - Chicken breast
L - lean turkey sausage
D - fresh tuna. YUM!

I drank all of my water today and even though its 8 pm my time, I am still gonna do my Callanetics session. (well, I'll do it when Survivor is over. LOL)

Thanks to everyone for just being here and being so inspirational.

ok, I may have messed up big time. A bunch of friends took me to lunch for a belated bday at Kahuna burgers and this is what I ate:

a HUGE pattie w/avocado/tomato/onions/cheese
a side salad w/a japanese dressing (not the sweet type)

I hope this doesn't cause me to binge on sugar. I'll just keep drinking water so that I don't get hungry until the binges pass.

Hmmm... I didn't stick to the menu I made earlier, but I did stick with Inches Off Diet foods. I grilled up a bunch of vegetables for lunch, and they tasted yummy!

Tomorrow I am going to see Kenny Rogers with my sister (xfatchik). She got free tickets! It should be fun and keeps me from drinking with the usual gang in the afternoon/evening.

Doesn't look like you are eating enough...???? Your body might be in starvation mode (holds onto those pounds).

I started April at 162. I am starting May at 153.5. Here are my goals for May:

1. To always remember that I am the only one that can make myself happy.
2. To lose 10 lbs.
3. Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day.
4. Don't cheat on my diet.
5. Get more exercise.
6. To come here, read and post. You are my support team.

Let's all be losers this month...
Good for you (number one above)...sorry for your break-up, but remember your number one goal

Personally I think it helps to "mix things up"...does something to jump start a loss. And you are doing sooooooo good...why mess with success?

Good morning everyone!!!

My goal for May is to walk 3-5 miles a day and lose 20 pounds.

I am hoping to put our boat in the water this weekend...I am planing on spending a lot of time on the water and away from tempting foods so hopefully that will help.

Good luck to everyone today!!!

HI stillmanites.

I am still here. I got a new job and have been so busy at it. I have also fallen off the wagon a bit. I am up to 163. Which is much lower than I was in the begining of April.

I think I also freaked out a little bit thinking that I could be down to my goal in 30 days time. Which I have now wrapped my brain around and ready to go. So my goal is 20 lbs in May and another 15 in June and I will in 120's.

I am traveling today - so I will fast. There is nothing at the airport that is decent, and I hate feeling full on a plane.

Magikal and KSS - thank you for going strong. Reading your posts inspired me to get back on track.

Sammykay

Good luck

Good morning everyone. I'm down to 153.2 this morning.

Thanks for the break up support everyone. He didn't support my weight loss, so it was time to get rid of him. Along with other things. HA HA His loss. Someone will want a skinny girl. I just hope this time he is rich!!!

Ok. I stayed on track yesterday plus I drank over a gallon of water. This morning I forgot my bottle of water and eggs. I think I left them on the couch. So I had to go to the dollar store for a bottle of water and it has lemon flavoring in it. YUCK! You would think in Hickville, TN you could get a plain bottle of water.

I don't know what I will eat since I lost my lunch this morning so I can't post a menu.

Everyone stick to your goals and don't eat crap!!!

Love ya...
