This is the time and this is the month...I am going to do whatever I can to get to my weight goal.

I walk on the treadmill daily and I will keep that up!

I will plan my meals and stick to the plan!

I will come here and post so I can hold myself accountable!

I will encourage everyone to do their best and cheer them on!

I will like myself and take time to take care of myself.

With that in mind...I got 2 miles on the treadmill done this morning...I forgot to get my end of the month statements done last night so I am pressed for time.

B- turkey slices
L- leftover roast beef
D- grilled hamburger pattie

I will drink more water!!

What are you planning to do this month and how will you get it done>?

Hi all

Goals:

NO cheating.

LOTS of water.

No diet soda.

Exercise 4-5 days a week.

Remember that I AM WORTH IT!

i did not weigh in today. TOM is too close and i think i would have been upset with the number. yesterday i ate a few veggies as well ... they tasted like heaven! LOL!

hopefully everyone had a great month of April and will have an even better May! yay

Happy May.....
I went back and looked at my weight for April 1st 232.0-----May 1, 2008-222.0, so thats 10 lbs for the month, was hoping for more but Ill take it.
3 of those pounds have been this week, when I added CO in and more fat(flax seed)...not sure if really was the reason, but something helped.

to whoever mentioned popcorn....I have wanted some lately also....when my kids have some I ask them to wait until I go to my room and close the door, before they pop it...less smelling it, when Im in my room...I LOVE POPCORN!!!!!!!!

WOW !!!! iTS MAY GIRLS AND SLATMAN SO EXCITED !!!!

HERE ARE MY TOTALS FROM APRIL 1ST - TILL - MAY 1ST 28 POUNDS I lost alot this week and im so thankfull I didnt make it under 300 but im exactly 300 today so that quite an achievment!!!!!!!!

cskies - thx for starting the may thread ur awesome!!!! and u will reach goal i have gained so much strength from ur posts

deb - I didnt give into the popcorn but i wanted too so bad!! my favorite too!!!

My Goals for May!!

1] Drink more water

2] stick to the 10 days stillmans 2 days atkins.

3] lose 20 pounds!!!! got my work cut out for me, but i feel i can do it!

4] no coffee [ this will be so hard]

5] excersize 5 days a week!!!!!

6] post daily and encourage and support all of u.......

I just want to add that all of you are so amazing, this is the best support and I know its cuz of this thread that I did so well hugs to u all ......

off to change my stats!!!!!

Good Morning!!

My goals are mainly to:

Stick to plan

Exercise 5 times a week; alternate between Pilates and elliptical.

And of course encourage everyone here!!

To get do Onederland would be marvelous!

To stay under Onederland when I get there, would be even more marvelous!!

Drink tons of water

Not be a crybaby!

Menu:
B- hamburger patty, 3 eggs, rev rolls, decaf coffee, splenda, half/half
L- patty
D- chicken, cottage cheese
Water,
Elliptical; low/high/low resistance 20 min

2. Off Plan only~ May 17 (Disneyland)

4. Walking

I was not following the Inches Off Diet correctly the past 2 days, so I will watch it like a hawk. It is so different than QWL, so I copied the permitted foods and printed it off for my refrigerator.

Okay.... off to weigh my bod and measure.

Ummm!

Disney will be an obstacle when you are at the park. Out of town eating is tough, although a steak always works. I am heading to Disneyland in May, and I already know I will be at the corn dog stand at least once. No guilt for the day.

Happy May Everyone!!! Great job on all the losses. I know I have been gone from here for a couple of weeks but I had a break up and have been struggling with getting my life back to normal. Everything is good now and I am not stressing over it anymore. With that said...

I started April at 162. I am starting May at 153.5. Here are my goals for May:

1. To always remember that I am the only one that can make myself happy.
2. To lose 10 lbs.
3. Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day.
4. Don't cheat on my diet.
5. Get more exercise.
6. To come here, read and post. You are my support team.

Let's all be losers this month...

ok well today was my atkins day and i had a salad omg it was so yummy , but i feel like I am cheating so I think these 2 atkin days are gonna be hard for me , does any one else feel like that? also do u think a salad for the 2 days is enuff before i go back on stillmans for 10 days, personally I feel more incontroll when im on stillmans everytime i got into cycle for atkins i feel so guilty....

I know what you mean Magickal. When I've cycled back to Atkins, I have to really control myself with the salads too. But they are so good!!
I would normally eat more protein than salad so I can feel fuller.

Hi Everyone!

You don't know how much this thread has helped me stay on plan. I've been posting everyday and just doing that has helped me not cheat because I actually see what I'm eating on paper.

My BIG goal for the month would be just that every week I am able to get over the weekend hump without cheating. It is really easy for me to stay on plan during the week when the hubby and kids are out of the house, but on the weekends is hard, especially going to the movies w/all the popcorn smell. I will also try hard not to use Heavy Whipping Cream, that is my ultimate downfall. I started using it again the last couple of days and I'm still losing but I think it might slow me down. I'm going to also try to get in condition so that I can run 3 miles without stopping.

Today is Friday here in Japan, my 5th day, I have lost exactly 5 pounds now. Yesterday I had the flu like symtoms, but woke up today feeling almost awesome.

Menu yesterday

B coffee w/hwc and splenda
chicken

L wings

D coffee w/hwc and splenda
1 hamburger pattie

10,000 steps

Ugh...baby finally got picked up!! YAY!! He is 3 months old now and pulls on my hair!! and smells like formula! If that don't make you not hungry I don't know what will!!

I agree with the posting keeping you on track!! I would be totally lost if I didn't keep posting...even when it isn't pretty!!

Oh Jeepers!! I've been doing Stillmans and forgot about that one and a challenge I was on! I'm spreading myself to thin, lol!!
