Close to the end of day TWO - lol!

I don't think I feel any thinner yet, but I do feel really really tired. I guess thats to be expected though. I was pretty carbed up before I decided to try Stillmans. I think my body is pissy today.

I'm wondering if I'm eating too much? For breakfast I had a grilled chicken breast. Thats ok I guess. For lunch though, I had quite a large piece of Turkey Kielbasa sausage. They say there are supposed to be eight servings in that thing? I think I ate a third of the ring for lunch. I'm not even sure if Turkey Kielbasa sausage is allowed. Maybe I blew it. I also need to drink WATER and stop drinking so much diet coke. Its an addiction really. I'm not gonna say I'm going to give it up just yet, but I seriously need to make sure I'm drinking all of the water I'm supposed to have first.

How much weight is everyone losing every week? I'm curious to know what I can expect. I know everyone is different and everything, but well, you know...

I got WEIGHED at the doctor's office and my hips MEASURED! I wasn't expecting that. The doctor told me my left leg is 1/2 inch longer than my right, so it is twisting my right hip. Also, my neck is too far forward, which I knew about from 2 car accidents. I go back tomorrow for the X-ray results. This doctor is the son-in-law of a friend at work, and 3 of my gf's have also recommend him highly. He didn't charge me at all for today's visit or X-rays.

I ate dinner tonight. I finally decided to go to the Inches Off Diet. I'll give it a whirl, but I may end right back up with QWL.

to everyone! Congrats on the losses! I need to get back to y Spurs game!

Everyone looks like they are doing great and on point. Let's finish this month in LOSING STYLE!~

What do you mean, you "only lost four pounds?"! That is terrific! You lost weight, walked 10,000 steps and are eating healthier. Way to go, LaRon!

Magickal... good luck getting out of the 3's. I know you can do it!!! I am cheering you on!!!

I finally started walking yesterday... only did 2 miles but it was a start. Going to try for 3 miles today. I want to work up to 5 miles a day. Hopefully it will help the weight to come off faster.

Hey All,
I haven't started Stillmans yet I mean I am only eating 1 cup of veggies a day and the rest meat but I guess that's not the QWL plan of Stillmans huh?

Anyway not sure if any of you watch Celebrity Fit Club but last night was the finale and the winning team admitted to eating high protein (only chicken) and water to lose the most weight. Tina Yothers lost 11 lbs in less then a week, she said that it's not a long term diet but she nd the team did it to win.

Of course Dr Ian was like please don't do that long term you need carbs.

So of course it made me think of this thread and the Stillmans diet.

Ya know come to think of it I can start today I already had a boiled egg and 3 sausage links and I have 3 Hebrew beef hotdogs for lunch.

That may be too much fat huh? Is everyone watching their fat intake on Stillmans?

Good morning! I'm very tired today and having trouble getting my day started.

Windy, yeah i'm nervous this time around too about gaining it all back again. I lost so fast last time, it seemed like when i would go off plan and say eat out with my family i would gain 3 pounds back so i would just go back on and lose it and do the same thing, i was yo-yoing for a while till eventually i would skip a week of going back on then 2 and before i knew it i gained it all back. But i will do it right this time.

Your right LaRae, once i start losing, that will be incentive and it will be easier!

TY magickal, thats exactly how i'm looking at it, i did it before, so I know it can be done! and coming here is a huge help!

Wow Diana! 2 miles on the ellpiptical! Thats awesome!

Good morning everyone!

Good for you all on your losses...Larae and Magikal! way to go!!

Meeha- I totally see what you are saying. Thats why I think, depending on how much weight one has to lose-I think its best to add the refeeds/free meals and cycle a bit . I think this plan is a great stall breaker and motivator to drop some pounds quickly. I worry about it myself. I know, I cannot go on the rest of my life eating just meat and eggs and fish. Thats unrealistic , for me anyhow.
When I drop a few more pounds I plan on cycling and adding some free meals.
I think Tina is a testament of what could happen , thats for sure.
Take care all and have a great day!!

Good Morning Everyone!

I woke up very groggy this morning and wasn't able to get on my elliptical, but I will do that tonight for sure.

I went on a food rampage last night, I guess I'll call it an illegal refeed and just ate things I haven't eaten in months! I felt awful this morning and could not wake up. Plus I had trouble sleeping after midnight.

This morning I decided to go back on Stillmans and say the heck with it! I'm not going back to Atkins until I get to onederland!

So here I am! I know I'll lose and I plan on making my goal before May is over with!

It's funny how I ate the way I did yesterday, my pants feel lose!? Strange??

A Big Congrats to those who lost this month!!! I am so happy for all of you!!

And to all of us who were stuck, well we're going to lose too!!!

menu for today:
B- 3 hb eggs, no coffee, surprise!!
S- 2 hb eggs
L- steak
D- maybe some tilapia!!
Lots of water!!!
tonight Ellipitical 5k!!

I posted my loss so far earlier, but I think we may have one day, actually. Since today is the 30th, we can lose more today and weigh in the morning!

KSS - that is fabulous! SEVENTEEN POUNDS! WOW! (maybe more by tomorrow!)

My back... Turns out I have two problems... so I was told no exercise besides walking until some progress is made with my back and neck.

Dentist... Since I am out of work for the day, I decided to get my teeth cleaned today! They are seeing me in about 10 minutes, so I ought to get going. Fortunately, my new chiro and my dentist are both about a mile away.

on the losses!!!! You all are doing so well. Magickal WOW! I don't have time to personally shout out to everyone, but I did read everything.

another 1/2 lb down. Still feeling like I have a chest cold so yesterday I did 15,000 steps but couldn't run on the threadmill. My menu seems to be getting more and more boring, I need to spice things up a bit.

Yesterday

B - coffee /hwc/2 splendas

L - chicken wings

D - chicken
coffee /hwc/spenda

I am getting to the point where I have to force myself to eat. I know from experience that if I get to the point where I'm not eatting, my weight loss will slow or even stop.

Looking over everyone's success for the month of April, all I can say is WOW! I'm glad I'm starting the month of May with all of you, I'm feeling more confident than ever that I can do this, and I know it is because I'm part of this group now. Thank you!

It is already May 1st here in Japan, hope all of you in the states leave April with a BANG!!

Hi Everyone!

I did good today! I ate on plan and I'm getting ready to do 5k on the elliptical, or I may do a more intense work out on it. More of a resistance type for about 20 minutes.

I feel really good right now, I hope I see some losses this week!

Everyone have a great evening!!!

This thread is SO LONG!!!! A bunch of chatter boxes!

I bought a bunch of fruit and vegetables for the inches off plan. I have to say that I deviated some today and yesterday. I am completely staying away from meat and animal products, so this Inches Off Diet is like opposite of QWL.
