Weight today 122.
I'll take that since I am not out walking. I read and ride the stationary bike about an hour or more a day and continue on with my daily exercise workout. Bella I like your new avitar too. IS that your kitchen or dining room? |

I was 163 today. Was out in the back yard starting our veggie garden all day yesterday. I ate dinner very late for me but we were so busy. Had a busy day again today with work (I have a deadline on the studies I am working on right now on Monday), put up a fence around the new garden so the dog and the baby stay out of it, cleaned the house and missed lunch all together so I just had a sammy on Sherrie's bread w/ham, lettuce, mayo and thin sliced tomatoe. Making a roast right now for some meals in the week. No idea why but I am still hungry. I'll try and wait a little while and see.
You look great in your avi Bella and very happy ![]()

I'm away at a conference with no scale at hand, but I'm diligently keeping to plan despite the carb-laden breakfast buffet and the amazing array of bagels and muffins and brownies laid out for the coffee break! (And almost everyone eating that stuff looks slender, too, which makes it harder to resist.) I have had some really tasty meals, though; trying to hit restaurants we don't have in my town.

Weight is fine but my son turned 2 today and I made them a huge 3 tiered carrot cake w/butter cream icing and it has been calling to me all night. I ate a salad a couple minutes ago even though I never eat this late. I knew if I didn't have something that cake might find its way into my mouth...yikes!
Good for you Prairieprof on resisting all those goodies and hope you find some wonderful new restaurants ![]() |

I was anxious to get over here today on the weekly weigh in thread to see how you gals are doing.
Congrats all around. , Bella Prarie TechnoCindy?? Maybe you are on your way back home this weekend. Susun? Busy working too many hours. Techno I love your avitar. You look marvelous darling. So tall and slender. Always wished I was a little taller instead of one of the Short People. Will check in tomorrow with my weight. Been busy here with Dh and now have hospital bed for him. He is not able to walk much distance anymore and is in a lot more pain. On and off the bike when I get to it. Have moved our "living" area to our extra large bedroom. We are making it fine with the help of Hospice.

I'm back from my trip and 117.0 this morning -- I didn't gain at all! And that weight was *with* scarfing down some peanut butter right before bed, which generally puts me up.

Good job all of you. Techno, it is one of the nicest things about aging, no more TOM. Don't miss it at all, but I have nothing to blame for my moods or weight gain.
122 this morning. I'm happy with that. Maintaining. |

Well, Friday's here! My town didn't wash away in our huge thunderstorms last night.
117.8 this morning. I've been mostly around 119 all week, but I think it's hormonal water retention. Still frustrating! I've dropped my carbs by about 10g (around 55-60 to around 45) to see if that helps. |

Yeay Bella and Prarie! Hope you are doing well Loretta!
I've been very up and down on the scale lately. Not completely sure why. Maybe stress cause we've been dealing with some financial things lately. I haven't been eating bad but maybe a little too much cheese. Def have had nothing off plan. But up and down 5 lbs each day is weird. Hopefully this week is a bit more back to normal. |

Weight today is 122. I'll take that. Stepping on that scale is really sort of an anxiety thing. WHAT WILL THAT NUMBER BE????
Techno, maybe you could try weighing in once a week instead of every day for a while. Just to take your mind off of the fluctuations. For the most part, I think that they are normal as long as you don't stay too long on the plus side. |

Hi Loretta, I wish I could weigh in only once a week but if I stop weighing I start gaining. It keeps me honest with what i am eating. I'm also just starting back to maint so I'm still figuring out what my limits are and what is too much legal stuff. I don't mind a couple lbs up and down but 5 is not normal for me. I'm sure I'll figure it out! It's been over 2 years since I've been in maint so it's a learning process all over again. Gratz on staying at 122! 7 years in maint is such a GREAT achievement!!!!!!!

Good attitude, Bella. Are pizza tops the toppings off of pizza? I find myself thinking of that from time to time but I used to love pizza crust (I'd eat the edge pieces others left behind!) so I don't trust myself to go near any!

Yes, exactly. Im very careful to scrape the tops off only which in this case was cheese, mushrooms and pepperoni. Not good for losing but seemed ok for an occasional maintenance food.
