What to Eat
Thanks for your info. I'm a newbie. Just finished the three day initial proteins. That was hard! But what exactly can I eat on the regular days? Can you give me a sample menu?

Just print out the list and eat off the list. 4-6 meals.. 3 main meals.. 3 snacks. the snacks are usually protein.. low fat and low cals. come and post on our april thread April 2008 a few others hang out there that might be able to help you. ![]()
