I can't believe you like it! But I"m glad you do. If I had liked it, I would have stuck with it. I got it in August of 2007, right before joining Kimkins. I didn't last long. I still have the stuff. I would be willing to give it to you (if you want it and like the flavors I have) for just the cost of shipping.

I will be interested to see the success you have on it. As long as you're smart about transitioning into a healthier woe, I don't see why you won't be successfu.

The Magic Bullet is great for mixing shakes. It's kind of pricy, but it is sooo worth it. I use it all the time. I make smoothies for my boyfriend all the time. Have you tried the capella drops? I wonder if I had tried those back when I did Cambridge if that would have made a difference.

what is Capella drops? never heard of them?
for my meals away from home I use my GNC shaker (It has a metal whisk ball to break up the powder better) and at home I have a "stick" blender and I use a 2 QT pitcher to mix it in I have a regular blender but its a PIA to take apart and clean everytime I make a shake/soup the stick blender is so easy just run it under hot water.

They are surgar-free, calorie-free, fat-free drops that you add to shakes and such. Here is a thread about them: http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/ma...vor-drops.html

WTG!!!! That's awesome! And 5 miles? Tha's great!!

I've considered giving the New Lifestyle Liquid Diet a shot. They offer fruit flavors (I cannot stand chocolate or vanilla shakes) and not what I know about the Capella drops, they will probably help with the taste. I believe in low-carb all the way. I would, of course, transition into a low-carb woe. I don't know. I just want to lose this weight, you know? And New Lifestyle isn't low-carb, but it is low in carbs compared to what the USDA recommends. Sorry to ramble.

I just checked and my UPS store is open until 7:30, so I should be able to send your package out Friday evening! Yay! I will PM you a tracking number when I do.

vanilla is good as a base you can add SF davinc's to it or just the flavorings from the cooking isle at the grocery store and a little Artifical sugar to it
Eggnog add some Rum flavor for a non-alch eggnog
or Pineapple and coconut flavor for a "pina-colda"
tomato soup if you think its kinda try this
salsa or sugarfree spagetti sauce, LF sour cream, Lf cheese shread
Mexi soup or Ital pizza soup (also remeber 1/2 can B&B mushies is a "free" food)
:P (lickin lips smiley)
Potato soup I like only as baked potato soup (did you keep my e-mail for the recipe??)
chicken soup is good plain or with mushrooms or with cooked brock for cofbroc soup
the mushroom soup too makes great C of anything soup
add a can of asparagus to either one for cream of aparagus soup :P

ps
syd I got my box today!!!
will send MO tomarrow!!
