Congrats everyone for doing so well

WTG, enjoy your yoga class!

I've just finished PM 3 and I'm here to report it's hard and moves very fast, kicked my butt.

Haha yeah.. I've decided I'm just gonna do CP Mix 2 today. Maybe one day when I actually have a little more motivation to do something a little harder.

You do have to be careful with your knees and not twist them.

Good for you on your workout!

Today I did about 25 or 30 mins of CP Mix 2 and then the 20 minute workout. I'm also going to do Windsor Pilates later on tonight.

Tomorrow I am going to do Fat Blaster and the 20 minute workout.

20 min workout completed after callanetics! I'm wrecked! Hehe. After callanetics I found this workout MUCH better, I'm more flexible

Also ordered some hand weights and fat blaster
(Naturally, WONT use weights on fat blaster lol)
I have a question for you turbo experts I know you shouldn't use fat blaster a lot, otherwise your body will adapt. So how much is too much?

Ok, My fellow jammers, I'm hoping some of you are as nifty with computers as you are with pumpin it

I downloaded BitTorrent, And I know how to find torrents (you know...googling it lol) But I have no idea how to get them to play in WMP or put them on discs? It keeps saying WMP cannot play the file every time I try Can anyone help me? Something about codecs...It's beyond me lol

Download a player called VLC Media Player. It works wonders. I've never had any trouble playing any kind of file. That's what I play everything on. Plus it doesn't skip around like it does on WM.

More than twice a week is probably too much. I usually only do it once a week. Every now and again maybe MAYBE twice a week.

I agree with Laura. I would only do Fat blaster once a week. I have just gotten it, and that seems about right to me.

I was able to fit in Callanetics last night and this morning did turbo sculpt. Will try and do ab jam this afternoon.

Today I am doing Fat Blaster and the 20 minute workout.

I have to burn off some unncessary carbs/calories. Today was grade day at school and one of our teachers is leaving so we had a bunch of food there and I ate a cookie, a handful of Dorito's, and a piece of peanut butter fudge. So I have to work those carbs/calories off. Hopefully Fat Blaster will do that for me.

Just wanted to report on my april results so far. i've done tj 8 times now and went back to induction last week. I've lost 4lbs and 2 inches from my waist and 2 inches from my hips so far. I'm definitely sticking with turbo jam from now on. And for the people who are uncoordinated like me, just stick with it and you will get better.

HI!

I have started turbo jam and really like it! I ordered the basic set of 5 workouts from Amazon and will get gloves separately. I'm wondering how you get all the other DVDs? I saw several listed on Amazon but the prices are all over the place- one DVD was for sale for $49!!!! It doesn't look like Beachbody sells them separately, and ebay had high prices too. any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

I have a question about the different versions of "Cardio Party."

I only have the (original?) 2-disc set that came together, with the weighted gloves and little booklet things, etc. (I got it on eBay)

So is the Cardio Party that I have considered "Cardio Party 1?" How would I know? There is no number on the CD... yet I've read you all discussing #2 and #3... so I understand that there are different versions of "CP".

Can anyone explain to me?

Thanks so much - I'm still most comfortable w/20 minute workout .

Take care,
Michelle
