Starting Stillman's Today ... Any Advice?
hi all! i know this is my first post at this website, but i would not consider myself a noob. i have been coming here for over 3 years now and learning as much as i can. i started Atkins back in 2004 at over 260 pounds... slowly losing for about a year and a half then getting pregnant with my 2nd son. Long story short... i need a change from Atkins. i do love it and think i could eat like this forever, but i need to speed up my weight loss because i am just getting down right discouraged. i weigh in every 2 weeks..and the last time i weighed it was 223.8. i know a lot of you have done Stillmans for a long time now.. and i was wondering if there was any advice i should know before i start. i know how to do the diet ... but what things would YOU have liked to have known as you started this journey?!
thanks! |

Hi Amy
I have been following Stillmans for almost a month only. The one bit of advice from me would be to hang in there those first couple of days might be rough-I felt very yucky then by the third day-bam-I felt fine. Its hard getting used to but I must say I am getting used to this woe now. Good luck to you and welcome!! ![]() |
