I just did Cardio Party!! I'm actually shocked I did it and did the whole thing! AND I FEEL GOOD!!

I have all the vids saved on my computer. But I haven't branched out to do the Fat Blaster or Cardio mix 2 or 3. I like the Cardio mix 1 and 20 minute one the best. I felt like my arms were going to fall off doing the turbo sculpt, I couldn't finish it the last time I did it. I like the ab sculpt but I felt my belly was too big to do the floor workout portion.

Just did the 20 minute workout....For the first time I could really feel my muscles in my tummy burning! It felt great, in a odd sort of way. Hoping to do the 20 minute workout again tonight...I was just too achey this morning to do cardio party this morning!

Just finished doing TJCP1 with w/gloves! LOVE THIS WORKOUT. After having used the gloves for the last four sessions, it almost feels naked doing it without ...! I love the extra boost/intensity!

TJ series so far this week:

Ab Jam twice.
TJ Cardio Party twice.

finaly got my dvd and started today, gosh TJ makes addicted, i did 45 min plus 20 min. AB jam - and i could still do an other set - but better save a bit energy for my pilates workout tonight!

I tried cardio party 3 and quit. ITS HARD! I figured I'd need to do it when I have time to stop and rewind a lot until I learn it. I couldn't follow at all.

did 20 miuntes workout and around 20 minutes of cardio party, guess i need to do that step for step to gett all the move right.

my problem is that my knees are hurting me, it was happen bevore when i did some sport on our wood floor, should try it in a piece of carpet tomorrow.

I'd say I'm pretty coordinated with TJ, but I'm not so sure I'm coordinated enough to do Mix 3. I watched it once and I didn't think I'd be able to keep up. I haven't physically tried it yet, but I'm not so sure I have the guts to. I'll stick with my CP Mix 2. Maybe one of these days I'll get the courage to try it.

I only have the cardio party 3 so that is the one that I started with I can do it but can't keep up yet. If I miss a step I will do same thing again just so I am doing something and then catch up when and if I can.

CP 2 looked fun, I think I'll do it tomorrow. We need to try CP 3 just to see if we can do it.

That's a good idea, just catch up when you can. It's a long workout, I think almost an hour.
