There are 3 different Stillmans. One is the Quick Weight Loss where you only eat very lean meats, poultry and fish and seafood. You can have cottage cheese, farmers and pot cheese.
You can have coffee with as and club soda. You can have spices, herbs, ketchup, cocktail sauce, but no mayo, or oily dressings or creamy dressings.

But on the Stillmans 14 day, you can have a cup or so of veggies with the lean meats. Among some other things too. But same rule applies, no fats of any kind.

There is an Inches Off Stillmans, but I'm not sure what that involves. Alot of Ladies have lost quite a bit on Stillmans.

It's not hard, you just have to want to do it.

Tommie..where are the boys practicin?? Us BIG kids are playing at the play ground!!

Its gonna be funny!! And Coach Phil's kid is on our team too!! Me & Terie will be checking him out!!

What a DORK!! hahaha...I'm sure he will be telling ya tomorrow how we just couldn't keep our eyes off of him!!!

ugggg, I guess my lunch wasn't big enough for me to take my vitamins with it cause OMG do I have the WORST tummy ache

I was so looking forward to doing my Turbo Jam

I had some peanuts and then made some crab dip and had some of that with LS's cheese crackers hoping if I put more in my tummy now it might help but nope..ouchie.

Na, it is def the vitamins. If I do not eat with my vitamins (any kind) I get HORRIBLE tummy aches. This is the same thing. I guess my lunch was too small

It was just 3 slices of deli ham that I put a little bit of tomatoe, mayo and mettuce in and rolled them up and ate them. It was a very small lunch but I thought it was enough to take my vitamins, guess not cause OWWWIE!

I did get a pinata.....darth vader!!!!!!

My son chose Star Wars as his theme.

One year it was spongebob and I had all of the kids decorate their own goldfish bowl and yep you guessed it.....they all got goldfish to take home!!

I am sure the parents loved me!!!!

I have like 6 pillows on my bed and there wasn't a one of them that didn't have green ooze all over it!! I was too tired to even mess with it! I cleaned up what I could and just slept in it!!!

Awesome!!! Sounds like a fun birthday party.
My nephews birthday is this Thursday and he is a Super Mario kid. Last year dh and I made him a cake and drew a big Mario on it out of frosting. It turned out really good!
We may do the same for him this week too, if he wants.

Oh my gosh Tommie, you poor thing! My cousin and I had a baby powder fight when we were little and it looked like it SNOWED in the bedroom when we were done. My grandmother was watching us and she about died!

Hey everybody!!! Wow, I'm gettin' to the party late today! Sure missed ya'll. Only scanned over the messages from today... will have to try to catch up later.

I spent this morning with my grandson and had the best time. DIL said he was cranky but the only time he got upset was when I went to change his diaper. He did not want to be on that changing table... think he thought he was about to have to go to sleep! And he is a sleep fighter big time right now. DIL said he started doing that with the diaper table when she started putting him in his crib to sleep (after sharing her bed with him in the beginning). I thought I was wrestling an alligator!!

After that DH and I ran a bunch of errands, got the Mustang tag, oil change in the truck, to the bank, to the dollar store, to the gas station, to the grocery store, home to make lunch, then out in the garden! Whew...

Kim I'm thinking about you and I can tell you when women I don't know have called or texted my husband's cell phone from AA, I do call them back and tell them that I do not think it is appropriate for them to be calling my husband! I mean I don't even know these women. So I tell them to call their sponsor or to call another WOMAN on the phone list, but NOT to call my husband again. And yeah, he knows I did it. And yeah, they don't call him anymore!!

Needless to say I have a "reputation" with the gals at AA!!

If I were in your situation, I'm sure that I would have called those gals too. I'm just saying. Oh and congrats on that 2 pound drop too!!

Awwwww Mary..I'm soo glad you got to spend the day with the Grand Baby today!! I love babies....When they are someone elses!!!

Its funny...people use to tell me that and I thought they were nuts!! Now that mine are getting to be big boys, I feel the same way!! I love em, but I like to send them home at the end of the day!! I kept my SIL's lil boy some Sunday and he's a cutey, but I sure like sending them home!! My boys are sooo jealous of him!! He's 16 months old! Trapper thinks he's the only baby I need!! Gunner loves babies...but only for a little while! If they stay too long, he tells me to send them home!!
