Brandi, I don't want to lose any more so I'm not really concerned with that part of it. I just want to stay in shape

Kim, I LOVED it!!!!!!!!!!! I got mine on ebay for less then HALF the price!!! I got it for $34.99 and that was with shipping. Instead of the 75 bucks they charge. It was alot of fun and Garrett liked the music too. I'm actually looking forward to doing it tonight!

Ohhh trying get caught up woth you ladies....off for a day and and I cannot catch my breathe to get caught up.
First of all:

SHALA: How did I miss your birthday?:? So sorry and I hope it was fantastic.....diamonds always are!!!

KIM:
I am sorry DH is acting like such an A#$%#^%&. I think you are funny and kind and can do so much better then someone who is going to pull htis sh*% on you. UUUggghhhhh so sorry for you.

Tommie:
Can your boys be any cuter? My two youngest are 17 months apart and I always thought that was like twins, I am sure a mom of "real twins" would disagree. My oldest is 16, middle 11 and baby 10. I actually prefer having them close in age, my oldest is so much older it felt like starting over.

MARY:
Are you having fun with with the baby? I miss those days. OK off to read more posts and get caught up!

Diana, TK, Mel, Kathy and Brandi:

How are you ladies doing??????

I am at work ordering a cotton candy machine and a moon bounce for the big birthday bash this weekend. MY DH is at Costco getting drinks and chips etc. I also said "pick up a hot pink ipod for me while you are there" hahahahaa lets see if he does it!! I have been working out at the gym and need music!

Oh so back to the party. I am serving pizza, salads and sandwiches. I have no idea how many kids are coming; I invited over 30.

Anybody have any good ideas for goodie bags???

Have afun day!

Elliptical is going to kill me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I last about 10 minutes and I am dying. Of course, that is after 30 minutes on treadmill with incline and then working out with weight machines. Maybe I should do elliptical first.
Hmmmmm
Thoughts?

Jen, to me the elliptical is easier than the treadmill....I don't know why...I do 30 on the elliptical, then lift for about 30 more, then, if I am really in a mood, i do 15 on the stair master...now that thing will kick your BUTT! You always wanna start with cardio first, even if it is just 10 min, it helps to get your blood pumping and heart rate up so that the blood flows to your muscles when you lift...

Hi jen I'm doing great and really liking my new Turbo Jam DVDs. My house is spotless, all the laundry is done, I organized and cleaned my entire garage yesterday too and set up an area for me and a seperate area for DH to brew his beer and I am caught up with work too. Still have stuff to do for work but I'm not behind at all so that makes me happy garrett big swingset with slide and stuff for the back yard was delivered today so DH will put it together this weekend Dh's dinner is already ready for him. He just needs to heat it up when he gets home. I'm making somecola chicken for myself which should be good for tonight and lunch tomorrow..YUMMY! I've no idea on the treadmill or the elliptical thing. Maybe Diana or someone else has a clue?

I don't know why the elliptical at first seemed like such drudgery! But now I really like it.
I had it set on the resistance program, where it goes to the level 6 resistance which is killer! Then it goes down to 5, 4 and finally 3 which is easier and then back up the cycle again. It def is good cardio! I can feel it in my legs and I tried to use my stomach muscles too. I may go back to doing free weights as well.

Brandi, I wanted to mention to you that I got my colon cleansing pills today. I read the directions and it say's:

"This production contains Cascara Sagrada Aged Bar. Read and follow directions carefully." (Gulp!) "Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain becase Cascara Sagrada Aged Bark may worsen these conditions or be harmful to your health." (double gulp!!)
"Counsult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition."

Boy that doesn't sound too motivating, to say the least!! But I bought them, so I'll take them. I think I'll wait until the weekend though. I don't want to be playing some tunes at work!

Daina- I noticed you do Stillman's too- I read on it and it doesn't sound much different than atkins as far as meats. Have you had better luck w/that than following Atkins? I have just been trying to stay below 20 -30 carbs a day.
