I don't think I've ever fell, but there were times where I was trying to do the knees and I just completely lost my balance and managed to stumble. You will most definitely get better. I started doing TJ in the summer for a couple months and repicked it up so I've been doing it for almost 6 months and my balance and coordination is so good.

Just did another Burn segment!!

Twyla, I just tried the weighted gloves last night. Wow! I agree the workout was really felt, but I liked the increase.

I am doing Cardio Party Mix 2 today. I love that one. I will never look back on Mix 1, I detest it. I just don't like it at all for some reason.

I have Cardio Party Mix 1 & 2, Ab Jam, 20 Minute Workout, Learn and Burn, Turbo Sculpt, Fat Blaster, Lower Body Jam, 3T: Totally Tubular Turbo and I think that's it. There's more though. I also want the ball workouts with the ball. |

Haha yeah, now how often I actually do most of them? That's another story.
I mostly just do Fat Blaster, Cardio Party Mix 2 and 20 Minute Workout and Ab Jam when I can remember I have it. Although eventually I would like to start incorporating Turbo Sculpt and Lower Body Jam back into my routine. 3T is also a good one that uses the resistance bands. I basically just like to have them all there for if I would ever need them and/or get bored of my current routine, but I absolutely love Cardio Party Mix 2, Fat Blaster and 20 Minute workout.

ABSOLUTELY! I find that it really boosts my weight loss. It's interval training so she does 4 turbos x2 (low intensity where you learn the routine, then again high intensity and each interval is a minute and a half I believe, or 2 mins) and it really gets your heart going. She recommends to do it only when you need to burn a lot of calories. I generally do it about once a week and when I do it, I also do the 20 minute workout. But I have found in trends from the past couple times I've done it like that, I can expect about a 2 pound loss the next day providing my eating wasn't crappy.

Today I did the 20 min. workout again. I think I nearly have it "down" now, although I still cannot do the entire thing wearing the 1 lb gloves. I was happy to read here that other newbies are catching on as well... we will learn this together, eh? (Without breaking too many objects in the living room, haha.)
Can anyone tell me the difference between the "cardio party" workout, and the "punch, kick & jam" one? Thanks! Michelle |
