Everyone is doing pretty good. For those who slipped-don't be so hard on yourselves. I think if we can get it right 80% -we'll be okay. We are only human afterall!

Anyhow , I had a good weekend myself. I still have some difficulty with the exercise and I don't want to add carbs just yet! I dunno. Maybe it'll turn around.
Magickal! I always have some sugar free jello when I want a tasty treat!
Why not? You are on a roll girl!!!!

Anyways, my meal plan for the day is

Breakfast-eggs and turkey bacon
lunch-tuna and a small spinach salad
dinner-hamburger patty

L- 1 hamburger patty, cottage cheese
D- same as lunch

I'm going to have to buy some fish too. I love tilapia as well and need to start eating more fish. Thanks magickal1!!

hello everyone...

Well I made it through the week without getting on the scale... but today was official weigh in day... I was down 5 pounds for the week which was what I was hoping for. That makes 15 pounds in 2 weeks.

I was kind of worried because on Saturday I sorta went off plan... not off low carb but off stillmans. I had to take my DD to her orientation at the college she is going to in the fall and it was an all day thing (which I didn't realize until I got there) and I ended up having 4 strawberries for breakfast and a chicken ceasar salad for lunch... which was really good but definitly not stillmans. I had diet pepsi but no water the whole day so I was kinda worried. I was still in dark ketosis that night so it did not affect me too bad and I got right back on track on Sunday.

Hello All,

Well, I'm down another pound from yesterday. That makes 3.5 in two days. Although I have to be totally honest, I kind of gave in to some dried apple chips last night that my husband was snacking on. I hate that I felt that just a few bites wouldn't hurt the scales the next day. I would have probably lost another 1/2 pound had I just left them alone.
Today is a whole other story. I'm doing this 100% all day. I have high hopes for tomorrow's weigh-in.

Hoops, we are going to Cancun, here's the link to the resort. Oh, yes it's all inclusive. Palace Resorts - Cancun's Premiere All Inclusive Resorts We are staying at the Aventura Spa. I'm so looking forward to this trip. It's the first time we've gone to Mexico and not been on a cruise. It's tough to get to do all you want to do when you have to keep a schedule. This way, we'll have a week to do all the site seeing we can and be on our on schedule, not the ship's.

Congratulations to all the losers out there and hang in there to the ones not yet seeing a move on the scale. It will come but in the mean time, you are losing inches. The tape measure doesn't lie! It's worth taking measurements just to keep your head in the game. Also, the keto sticks are worth the small investment. Seeing that dark color can really pump up the motivation even if the scale isn't our friend that day.

Ok, you gals will probably have to remind me of these tips next week when the scale is not moving quite so fast...

Evening...got back from my meeting...glad it is over with!

Didn't do the treadmill today...decided to take the day off...I feel like a lazy bum!! But I will enjoy it that much more tomorrow.

Weird how I had it in my head that I needed to weigh 140 today...guess it was a for me only thing!! lol...Everyone at the meeting couldn't believe that I lost so much weight and wouldn't have cared less how much or how little I weighed...their kind words are a nice incentive to keep up the hard work and get 'er done until I am at my goal!!

I need to remember to make realistic goals and short terms ones that I can reach and that if I don't it is okay too...I can only try and with trying succeed!

I did have some cottage cheese when I got home...didn't eat the butterfly crackers and cheese thing we had to make at the meeting...

This board has really changed my thinking and my way of eating and I enjoy reading how everyone is doing. You all are wonderful examples of how we can work together to make ourselves better...we can learn from the good and bad and find better ways to treat ourselves and feed ourselves. Thanks so much!!

KSS...sounds like orientation was fun but overwhelming...it is hard to realize that they grow up and are really going out on their own!! But you have done fantastic with 5 pounds gone and shooting for another 5 pounds this week!! And you can do it!!
