My name is Mary and I have lurked around here a bit and this plan seems like a good one for me.

Which book is everyone following?

Good choice.
I attend Lindora so I get the book from them. However I believe Rite-Aid may carry it. Most book stores have it also "Lean for Life Phase One" author Cynthia Stamper Graff.

Good luck It does work. You have to plan plan plan your eating. Drink 50-80 ounces of h2o and journal. Those are key 4 me. I am a slow loser however I believe 2 lbs per week are wonderful for me.

I am from Canada and I dont think we have Lindora here, never heard of this program.

I ordered the book from amazon because our stores did not carry it.

I am going to give it a try and see how that goes.

Any other people with recently success stories to share.
