Cream Eggs and Refeed

Sorry, I am new to this and waitng for my books to come, which I just ordered yesterday through Ebay.

Can anyone share with me the recipe for cream eggs.

What does refeed mean. Does it mean you go off Stilmans for a day or so and continue with the diet you were previously on.

I'm not a breakfast person. But eating then fills me up. I will make egg creams there are some threads on the main board about them. I use 2 to 3 eggs almond milk and tea, coffee, or diet soda lots of ice. It is super filling and I am getting in by mini meals

A refers : I would search through slatmans posts about refewes he is much more articulate than I am about them. They help me mentally where I am not so worried if I have an event or date I can eat lower carb Then jump back on plan. I added benefit to this diet in be past I would say wow u ate an egg roll and it had cards. You might as well stop at taco bell and eat everything on the menu. Now I can go anywhere and not have desire to eat
