I have a few questions:
As to portion sizes, how much meat/fish at each sitting is everyone eating? Would 4-6 oz be okay? Also, while I was reading the stickys here it said that veggies slow down the process so best to avoid them. What is every doing in that department? Is low fat ricotta cheese good to eat? I cannot eat yogurt or cottage cheese so I need a substitute. Any good recipes to share? Thanks, for taking the time to answer my questions. I am going to buy the book tonight after work and read it. HI everyone!
Glad to see you all are doing well. Cskies! WOW, I am impressed. Can I ask you - have you been following a strict Stillmans diet since the new year or do you mix it up with refeeds, ect? Cuz whatever youre doing I want to follow suit! ![]() |

Oh Moretta.
I am doing Stillmans 14 day plan. But with some modifications- Basically, I am eating 4-6 oz of lean meat and mixed green veggies -2 servings plus skim cottage cheese thrown in a couple days a week. |

hi stillmanites
I tried to stay off of the scale this morning but I couldn't. I'm happy to report 168.4. This is after being on vacation and definetily not being on plan. I am doing primarily qwl. But will order grilled chicken salad when I. Social circumstances sorry for spelling errors. I'm on my iPhone. And it has a mind of its own sometimes ![]() |

Thanks ladies for all your replies.
Can't wait to read the book. Does the QWL book have any recipes in it? I have seen recipes on this form, so hopefully I will try some of those. |

magickal1,
Just wanted to say thanks for the encouraging words. I'm still sluggish today so I can't wait for the energy boost. Guess I'll lay off of the drinks Saturday night. Maybe I'll offer to be DD then I will be sure to be good. -Jena |

Hello everyone...
WOW sounds like everyone is doing GREAT!!! I think I feel calmer too... not sure why... I feel better all around. Well it is Thursday night and so far I have managed to stay off the scale since Monday morning... only a few more days until weigh in for the week. SO... I went out yesterday and bought me a George Foreman grill (the XL one) ...used it yesterday and today for dinner fo the family and all I can say is I LOVE IT!!! I do not understand why I waited this long to get one... If you don't have one you should def. get one. I also bought a slushie maker at kohls... it is a "back to basics" brand. I also bought some of the syrups there (no Sugar free) for the kids and it works great. I tried using Davinci sugar free raspberry syrup for my one DD but it does not seem to work right with that for some reason. Anyone have any ideas why it won't work right and/or what kind of sugar free syrup will work and where can I get some???

Some one sent me this I wanted to share it!!!!Deb dont slip hon u can do it !
Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Love the ones who don't just because you can. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Kiss slowly. Forgive quickly. God never said life would be easy. He just promised it would be worth it. kss- I love my forman its all i ever use-its so fast isnt it , I love fish on it too.. shari-thats right get right back on plan, just a bump in the road!!!!!
