Have a great weekend. I am hoping to kickoff one of my new exercises (yardwork) tomorrow if it is not raining all day. We need the rain, but if I don't get to mow some soon, gonna need something very powerful to cut the grass with. Getting deep.

ty all for ur support so i did have an atkins day yesturday had celery and cream cheese along with some cottage cheese and a few strawberries with hamburger , and 2 chicken thighs that was yesturdays food was really good but i am back to stillmans today . I feel like im cheating so i am back to it !!!!! no loss today, but no gain either so all is good i have no appetite and im eating like a 3rd of what i used to - I used to use a big plate , but i converted to the small saucers so looking forward to see how much weight i can take of for the next 10 days while on stillmans . HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A GREAT MORNING

It has rained here off and on all day long, so no yard work. -- Did get up with TOM (2 weeks late) -- so have decided to wait a few days to weigh in. Also, trying to get some deep cleaning done in my house. Gonna take one room at the time. We need to be thinking about doing some painting and I dread that. There is just way too much stuff in most rooms of our house and the thought of moving it around to get the painting done, makes me shudder.

Had some fresh strawberries this evening and they were delicious. Started to get blueberries, but they were 3.99 for just a good handful. Arghhh! I will be so glad when some fruits start coming into season.

We are hoping to plant a small garden.... do not have alot of space and trying to decide how to best use it. Definitely a couple of tomato plants, yellow sqash, cucumber, and maybe some green beans.

Very late, so gonna run and get ready for bed ---- just felt like I need to post/be accountable. Hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Larae-wtg for walking i lack that i need to incorperate it somehow but that will come .

WTG Magickal1 for the loss! Yes, I walked yesterday, but, I, too, have trouble incorporating exercise. I let my days get busy, and then it's too late!
I will be working in the yard all day today. We have huge flower gardens and have added more gardens for this year to be able to plant more veggies, too!
I'm hoping for a good number on the scale in the mornin'!!

My word for the month of April is...EXERCISE...something I need to make a habit, not just when I feel like it or when I have the time.

The weather has been beautiful the past 2 days. I spent it at the ballpark watching my Cardinals win yay!! I love warm sunny summer weather!

Just a QUICK check in (and then I'll post more hopefully tomorrow)!

I have done REALLY well at staying OP this weekend, even at The Cheesecake Factory and with a lot of stressful, busy stuff going on! Yay for me!

This week I have off from work (paid... woo-hoo!) for Spring Break, but I of course ended up booking just about every minute with something (I'll never know what drives me to do that!?)... of course, it's mostly fun stuff or things that are on the "to-do" list that I never seem to have time to get to, so it should be a great week.

Anyhoo... off to have a LATE dinner with my hubby (it's 11:15pm here... that's how crazy this weekend has been!), and then BED! Sweet dreams friends!

Ok all checking in im ready to kick of this week with a great loss on the scale any one up for a mini challenge this week - a no cheat week with excersize of some sort ? i wanna have a big whoosh at the end of the week whos with me?im on stillmans this week been back to it since saturday- ill post menu oh btw i found the best drink this weekend its diet green tea by snapple its carb , sugar ,and calorie free its so yummy

Well, I've never really taken actual progress pics but I was looking back at some of my photos and decided it's time to post some. I didn't really see the difference in myself until I saw the pictures side by side. I started this woe in December 2007 and I've lost about 47 lbs. The 1st pic was taken in May 2007 and the 2nd was taken one day last week. I'm not brave enough for a body picture yet. really, I don't have any right now. One day after about 100 lbs lost(or maybe 1 year) I will dig out an old body shot and have someone take a current one. I've never tried to post pics before so I hope I'm doing this right.

I am determined to lose a pound if it kills me! I am at 245.5 again! I just can't seem to lose. I'm going to post what I eat, and, although I'm not doing Stillman's like you are, I'm going to be very careful with the carbs, etc.
I'm drinking the water, too. I will also try to incorporate some exercise. I have to get going with the exercise; I know it will help!

I almost forgot my menu for today.
B & L - 2 slices of l/c pizza, 1 Oopsie roll w/whipped cream cheese - 13 carbs (?)
D - Hamburger patty, 1/2 c. Cottage cheese - 4 carbs
S - 1 T. CarbNot Beanit Butter - 0 carbs

lol larae u crack me up I used to watch that movie all the time..
yes ill post every day too keeps me accountable I tell u im checkin my ketons too im in the deep purple so i know im burning fat hope the scales take a whoosh this week ill be very happy if it does . Something that helps me is i think of it this way I can do anything in 24 hours its just 24 hours right ! so when i want something i know i really shouldnt I just think of that . I had a great day today i cleaned my car and did yard work took my luandry to my parents and finished it walked up and down the street helped clean their house I am in ketosis cuz i have so much energy and i have no appetite its awesome!!!

I know that I am bad about not adding in enough veggies. On the weekends, I try to add veggies/salad for me and my DH. Through the week and during the day, when it is just me, I tend to just eat whatever is easy. I will make an effort to incorporate veggies/salads more!

Wow Stacie! Great job! Cannot wait until I have one chin! You are looking so good!

Weighed this morning and I am happy to post that I am down 5.5 lbs to 250.5. Almost ready to break another milestone. Love it!

Down 8.5 for the month of April so far.

fancy wtg on ur loss!!!!!!!
no loss for today but im in deep ketosis so im making mondays my offical weigh in day , but i kow ill still be jumpin on the scale daily . PLus i have noticed that sometimes I have to weight later in the day to weigh before it will show on the scale.Im uppin my water intake to get things moving. I know im losin cuz my clothes are gettin loose so im using that as an indicator. I have a ton of energy and i feel great.

All of you are really inspiring me!! You have done great!

I was down 3 lbs. from yesterday! I can't believe it! I've been on a rollercoaster ride from 240-245lbs. for four months!! I'm not doing that anymore, and I don't want to see these numbers again!

I'm now at 242.5 and, hopefully, less tomorrow!

This is what I plan to have for today.

B & L - Ham and 2 fried eggs
D - Big salad w/cucumber, green pepper, etc. and hamburger
Oil and vinegar dressing
S - Not sure

Haven't figured the carbs yet, but I will before I eat!

I'm so excited for all of you and me, too!!

I didn't lose last week, didn't gain either....even steven. TOM is coming, so hopefully next week will be promising. I have had a few sneaks...mostly this past weekend, but yesterday and today, 100% on plan so far. Today's menu:

Breakfast: 3 slices bacon, 2 scrambled eggs.
Snack: 2 oz peanuts (forgot my veggies at home)
Lunch: hamburger patty with provalone, dab of cottage cheese
Snack: broccoli and cauliflower
Dinner: Chicken fajita mix with light fajita mix, cheese and no tortilla.
