I have a question
I cannot find my copy of the PP book I was told that I'm not eating enough protein Can someone help me? I am 5'10" and I weigh 225# (I want to weigh about 160#) Thank you, Julie ![]() |

Julie,
At 5'10, 225, I would guess you should be eating 100 grams/protein daily. You really should check your lean body mass to see how much you need. There ought to be web sites to help you, also check out Protein Power, the PP website for help. |

I have PPLP, which just gives a number based on ht/wt, and it says you should eat 40g protein per meal, that would be 120g/day.
