I just made a double portion of the cleo pizza and I ate the whole thing.

WARNING! If you will be the only one eating that pizza then only make the single batch!

I put fresh plum tomato (didnt have any sauce) fresh button mushrooms, cheese and pepperoni. The edges got nice and crispy.

I kinda goofed with the cheese - I go to this restaurant store and there were ziplocks of shredded cheese and I thought I grabbed the mozz but it was sharp cheddar.

So I will now have to make another one tomorrow so I can get it right

What you didn't know was you were now dependent on it. But the longer you use it the worse it was going to get for you. It would slowly poison you and really mess up your body. It is causing permanent damage.
None of the other fuel companies approve of the fuel. But it is not about competition - they have had chemists look at the mixture. When sampling what happens when these chemicals are mixed in those proportions they immediately see the combination is deadly.
Really excellent analogies, MissMerize.

I would further add "as a result of using XYZ fuel, even for a couple of months, you are no longer able to utilize any other forms of fuel without serious repercussions to your health. The leaders of the fuel industry can't offer any solutions at this time that solve the problems without creating a whole new set of problems. It's truly a "rock and hard place" for you now trying to find a fuel that ISN'T XYZ but doesn't further damage your metabolism." Sort of like the heroin-methadone thing.

Hi Jeanessa! Heidi seems to be getting more desparate ... sending her little worker bees over here to try to stir up the hive ....

Can you give us a heads up as to what is coming next so far as depos, court dates or the like?

And YEAH! on your thesis! Great job, girl!

I have already talked to John Tiedt at length about how he plans to try this case and have already stated that I believe that this case would stand up easily under the common law information that you cited above.

Additionally, I believe that the first judge would not have upheld a writ of attachment prior to certification (one of the first times in CA history, by the way) and the second judge would not have upheld that writ if this case was - as you imply - unwarranted for litigation.

You also were not privvy to information revealed by Heidi Diaz about her development of Kimkins.com in the two day-long depositions that have taken place. Luckily, I was and so are my attorney, the judge in charge of the class action certification, and the California Attorney General.
Jeanessa, you are a rock star! I mean it. I'm so glad you are here to answer this drivel....er discussion.

But, no... Heidi was simply a publisher of "First Amendment protected" information. This is looking more and more like a spurious action. Ain't our freedoms grand? Like I said before... it's great to live in America.
You could not be more wrong. By your definition, your books are not covered under intellectual property law, because anyone who buys them is not purchasing "business rights" to them.

Speaking of your work, are you often paid by the word?

I'm making the lasagna tomorrow

if it tastes half as good as I think it will

I'll forever be in love with Cleo.....

do you realize it has been 4 years since I've eaten lasagna ......

made my noodles today and my sauce is in the crock pot---it will cook all night

my sis freaked when I told her I was making it--it used to be the dish most requested for family get togethers

the only time I make it now is when my son is visiting---and that's only once a year

so sis thinks if these noodles work out--she'll get to have it more often

I can't help but think that Sam actually IS Heidi's attorney...or what in her "made up I really want you to believe it's true world" anyway....You know that these are exactly the arguments he is planning to use. The fact that she continues to engage in the very same practices that landed her rather large behind in this predicament speaks to the ability (or lack thereof) of her wonderful attorney!

Just sayin...

I hear you!

While carefully following the discussion before posting my opinion, I have been thinking this Sam is closer to Heidi than just a seemingly "casual observer".

I detected a familiar writing style as well.....did anyone else??

well no wonder

I am going to take my own advice and give this creep the heave ho. Not another thought from me. He clearly hates women and is taking great joy in telling us all how dumb we are.

As a mother of two daughters I find this highly offensive. As a mother of a son I find this highly offensive. As a woman and a wife and partner to my husband of 25 years I find this offensive.

Appears he has an affinity and an admiration for the kind of woman who can be bought and sold. Probably the only kind he's ever had.

Decent men don't have this mentality.
