I had dreamfields the last 2 days, and still lost (.5 lbs) each day..i was getting tired of my egg whites, so I added them to the pasta, to get rid of them. I wont do that all the time. 230.0-------------I'm off to work.....Welcome newbies |

Hello everyone! It seems that everyone is doing so well!
![]() This is day 1 for me and I had tuna for lunch as well as for dinner. I'll try not to have variation on my diet since I think it helps me to stay on track. Cskies, Mykonos is one of the top international tourist destinations mostly because of its cosmopolitan ambiance and really intense nightlife! I'll tell you more when I get there! Take care everybody! Des |

Day 7 for me... down another pound... that makes 10 pounds for me so far... I know the weight loss will start to slow down for me now... but I am hoping to lose 5 pounds a week for a few more weeks. I am staying pretty strick stillmans...once in a while I will have an atkins shake if I need to eat and just dont have the time but not every day. I am having trouble getting enough calories... most days I don't go over 700.. I would like to be up to about 900-1000 calories a day
cskies... my oldest is going off to college in the fall...Im not sure how welll I am going to do with it...was it really hard at first? determinedtolose... I cannot wait until I am able to add lowcarb cheesecake...mmmm it isounds so good right now. Despinaki... sounds like a fun trip...maybe when I am done losing I will go on a fun trip like that. magickal1... I hope adding more fish to your diet works for you...I wish I liked fish...it would definitly add more variety for me ... I also think I might need to look into getting a Goerge Forman grill... sounds like it makes life easier...are they very expensive?? Hope everyone has a great day!!!

Hey Everybody!
Guess i stopped posting here when I cycled back to Atkins, but was missing how all of you were doing so thought I would catch up! Congrats on all the "losers" and for those of you diligently sticking it out on Stillman's. Slatman - Good to know you are "human" like the rest of us.... . Diana and Mary - Hello again! ![]() I think I will cycle back for a few days...I think my resistance wears down when I start adding in Atkins friendly foods. Or...could be I am just weak...but I prefer to believe the former... ![]() Late last week I was down to 142.5, but probably not after my bread fest on Friday and a little indescretion at Applebees today. I'm hoping I can stick with Stillman's until I reach my goal... ![]() Well...off to get some meat to grill for the week..actually to replace the plate of meat I grilled yesterday which my DH left on the counter for our lab to get... Get this...She got 1/2 NY strip, 2 huge chicken breasts and 4 links of turkey Italian sausage WITHOUT knocking the plate down... Gotta be impressed by that, huh? If she wasn't so darn cute, I think i would have killed her!kathy

cskies---some of my flavors are from a Snow cone company, which NO longer sells sugar free just the sugar flavored ones used at carnivals......I use to buy my favorites by the GALLON with a pump and left then out on the counter during the summer.
ok here I go.....(fruity) Raspberry, blue raspberry watermelon, pineapple, coconut, blueberry, pina coloda, orange dreamsicle, cherry, candy apple, strawberry cheesecake, tigers blood, bubble gum, banana, green apple---other flavors-egg nog, butter rum, white chocolate, butterscotch, irish cream, cookie dough, creme de menthe, caramel, peppermint paddy, toasted marshmellow, dulce de luche, chocolate, french vanilla. my daughter and I took inventory since we needed to check our supply before the warmer weather gets here, cause we eat a lot of shaved ice then...

Orange dreamsicle with cream is just like a creamsicle....banana with cream is YUM my all time favorite is strawberry cheesecake...I love it over ice, in yocheese, in flax muffins and on ricottta...I wont have it much longer...my gallon is almost empty ![]() no weight loss for today...still at 230.0 yesterdays meals B-eggs & bacon L-dreamfields with egg whites and light mayo D-burger on oppsie roll (cant take many more of them YUCK) Last edited by DEBI IN OHIO : 04-07-2008 at 05:39 AM. |

Hi Debi, those sweet desserts sound really good!
How exactly do you make those? You know on the oopsie or rev rolls, I make them the original Atkins way with the cottage cheese. But what would make them sturdier, is add a scoop of whey protein powder, plus I throw in a little salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and some paprika. To me, it gives them a savory taste, which is what I love. They are a big help to me, especially on Stillmans. If you have not had them with the spices, try them. Reminds me of an onion roll or something. |
