Ooo! So you *can* use Pam on Stillmans. I was just wondering about that and I was just about to post a question about that.
Thanks.

It's funny, even though I've doing Atkins induction, I keep doing more Stillmans that Atkins!

I just can't get away from that! I need to rethink what I'm doing though. I know I have to desperately cut back on my coffee with cream. That is not helping me one bit. And no stress eating! Two days out of the week, I reached for mixed nuts to munch on and I know that sodium is putting water weight on me. I do drink water, but during those times I need to drink even more.

So I'm still here going on and eating the right foods!! I'm so galdurn close to onederland it's crazy!!!!

So I think after this week, I'm going to go back on Stillmans and just do the cycling .

Magickal, you're doing great! Yep, I missed those veggies too! I had some all last week, but I know I find myself tapering off of them for no reason. Must be on Stillmans mentally!

Cskies, how is your knee doing? I hope it's starting to feel better! And Whoohoo on the grocery store story!! Wowzers!!! If you weren't attracting some attention, then I don't know what!!

Debi, don't worry, you're weight will go down more. I know it sometimes discouraging when your expectations are high, but you're doing so well and you will continue to lose!!! It will happen!!

Onefit, no problem, you'll see that 1/2 lb go down. You're doing really great!! Keep up the good work!!! I like lumpia and you know what, there is a low carb tortilla type bread that is circulating around here that can be used for your lumpia if you want a low carb one. I know one person who makes egg rolls with them and she absolutely loves them!!
If you want it I'll post it here.
Technokitty has that one! You're there I'm sure she'll tell you about it.

Lora, Congrats on the lbs down and loose pants! Isn't that great feeling!! I think having our clothes fit loose on us is the best detection that this woe is working for us. I know the scales don't show it sometimes, but I love when our clothes do.
to you!!!
Thank you! I never thought I could do this WOE but after the second day I was convinced! Let's see what the weekend holds!

Way to go on the loss everyone... I'm up 1/2 a pound since yesteday but I figured it would be 3 pounds with eating 1/2 that grilled chicken salad. But I have been totally Stillmans today with eating 1 hb egg and 2 pieces of grilled chicken. I did basic aerobics and advanced aerobics last night so that may have helped me not being up 3 pounds. HA HA I plan on walking 3 - 4 miles tonight at our walking class.

cskies - Congrats on the men at the grocery store. You go girl!!! Don't you love the new attention?

LoraJR72 - Size 4? What the heck? I would love to be in a 4. It could even be tight as long as it was a 4.

Antigone - I drink magnesium citrate when I get backed up. It taste like a tart 7-up. I don't drink soda so it taste bad to me. But it is like $1.00 a bottle at the family dollar and $1.36 at Wal-mart. The family dollar brand taste better to me. I was told that Kroger has a cherry or strawberry flavor.

I am in mourning. They took our scales out of the office today to take to one of our clinics. I don't know what I will do now. UGH! I guess I will have to go buy a set for home.

Everyone have a good weekend. Remember your goals, don't eat crap!!!

Nice to see you, Red! We are here to help you without the threat of being banned if you don't like something about the plan and its FREE!

I'm on Day 3 and my biggest test is the dreaded weekend but thanks to some wonderful supporters here, I may just zoom through it! Plus I have to study at the library and that means I will be away from home...I mean temptation!

I have 2 nonstick frying pans like that. They are still good pans and I hate to toss them just to get new ones so I hit them briefly with Pam and everything is good.

onefitgal...so glad to hear that your folks are ok!!! truely good news!!

Spencky...Linda left for a vacation about a month ago with her husband in their RV!! I didn't think she would be gone this long and I too have been a bit worried about her. Hope she checks in soon...she said she thought she would be able to along the way but no word from her at all!

Mavis hi, yeah pam is a necessity sometimes!!

Red...welcome...glad to see you here and posting!!

magickal...great news on the weight loss...what did you decide to do next?? If you do atkins for the next 2 day keep the veggies induction friendly...brocolli is good!!

Lora...you will do fine for the weekend...have fun at the library!!

I am getting a visit from my college daughter and her boyfriend...had to make up the spare room for him so I have been doing laundry and making beds! Not my kind of fun on a Friday!! Oh well, something exciting and I can grill him better on my own turf!!

Diana...whatcha got cooking?? Between you and Mary..I think you two should set up a low carb restaurant and bakery!!

Instead of the hamburg patties, DB made a batch of seasoned baked buffalo wings!

Really tasty! I'm full and ready for bed. (Yes, it is 7:37pm, but I'm working out early tomorrow morning.)

Diana...wish I could be a taste tester for you!! Who gets to eat all the great treats that you are constantly making??

Mary, hope you got your yard to your liking!! You have worked hard and the rewards of a good looking yard and garden are worth it though!! I get to start on my garden later this month...yay!!

I have been outside for the last 2 hours soaking in some of the great sunshine we have finally gotten today...it was a nice nonfat treat!!
Figure if I am going to look hott I might as well have the tan to go with it!! lol

Haha! Denise, I have my sister, her kids, coming over tomorrow. I'm having a yard sale at my house. My parents live around the corner from me, my other sister will be coming by tonight to drop some things off for the ys and I'll be giving her one. I'll send some with my parents and sis with the kids.

So thank God, I won't have all of this in my house!!! Maybe if I'm lucky, I'll have a couple of pieces left!!!

I'm always baking something, whether hc or lc, I'm always doing something.

I have done really good today food wise. So I'm happy about that.

Have a good evening Everyone!!!

Is your daughter staying the weekend? How are you handling their marriage announcement so far?

Good for on the treadmill! I think that is wonderful how dedicated you are on that! I haven't even started on my elliptical yet! I'm so disappointed, but I will do it soon!

Hey..I would be more than willing to clean your kitchen for my food!! LOL I like to keep things pretty tidy and my collage daughter is worse than me...I accuse her of having OCD all the time....everything has to be lined up just right in order for her to even breathe sometimes...I!! It's nice when she is cleaning my house though!
