kss - thats great hon keep i wish my scale would move! Ok no loss and i am gettin frustrated this is when it gets hard for me , so let me ask u something - when u are on the 10 days 2 of do u weigh daily and if u doo does it move every day ? im doing so well im not eating the cottage cheese only lean meat on the forman grill , I mean i feel good and i can tell in my face big time but i really need to see the scale move it makes me so moody when it dont and i feel like im failin im gonna start posting my menue's so u can tell me what im doin wrong!!! yesturday - 1 can of turkey breast and about 6 oz of round steak [got a piece from my parents house] green tea with splenda 2 cups of coffee in the morning with splenda and cream today- 1 poached egg 1 sausage patty can of turkey breast 1 cup of coffee with splenda and cream iced green tea with splenda lots of water water water im drinking more than a gallon plz help !!!!!!!! would really like some feed back on weight loss during stillmans like do u weigh daily or weekly and how much u lose - I seriously need to see the scale to move it drives me crazy any advise will be greatly appreciated...

magickal1...I have never had the canned turkey breast...is it good? might have to get me some of it!!
When I am doing stillman's right...lol..I weigh almost everyday and I usually don't start dropping until the 3rd day on it...I might lose a pound and wait a day or two and drop 2 or 3 pounds but in the end of the 10 days I average about 7 to 10 pounds gone.... when I do the 2 days of atkins I don't weigh and until this last time I never gained any pounds back... i don't know if it is tom or what but I have been back up 2 to 3 pounds and it is still looking at me...so I know what to do...I just need to get over myself and get it done!! ![]() I also fell yesterday and hurt my right knee so didn't get on the treadmill last night or this morning...and that has me down a bit too! I'm not sure I would do the cream or the sausage on stillman's but that is me!! Don't get discouraged....it isn't a race!! |

![]() Denise, it's good you have a "coach" for when you need a bit of a push. That always helps. But you do so well most days all on your own! Hi Magickal1, I would suggest that you check your canned turkey ingredients. It may have sugars or potato starches in it, which could throw you out of ketosis and cause you to stall. Me, I have to be very careful with those subtle ingredients, because they do affect me - so I read ALL labels now (well, if I remember to bring my reading glasses ). You may be different though. The cans are convenient, but they do usually also have sugars in them too. I eat a low sodium deli turkey breast instead. Also, sausage is notorious for containing sugar, unless you are making your own. I don't remember which Stillman's version you are doing, but on QWL cream is not technically legal, but if you don't want to eliminate it, try to only use only a teeny tiny bit! Just a couple of suggestions for things you might want to try. Hope it helps! Well, I'm off to run errands and get back to the yardwork. thank u all so much i will cut out the cream - im a single momma and well things are real tight right now so i am using kinda wat i can get but ill stay away from the sausage plus i basically only been eating fish and hamurger patty's ......
cskies i hope ur knee is better. I just looked at the ingredients on the canned turkey says-turkey breast meat,water and salt is that ok ? and no cskies i dont like it or the chicken one but its easy and im gettin it at my parents house cant get no cheaper than that hehehehe |

Hello stillmans,
I am down about a lb since tues at 169.4 It is always so hard for me to break into a lower level. Which is great for me because I have not worked out in 2 days due to travel, and have not been eating 100% on plan... again because of travel. Now that is all over I hope to be losing huge loses. Magikal and Marymcc - I started reading labels on everything so carefully after realizing that my garlic salt had more sugar in it than garlic. I am shocked at the amount of sugar that is in meat... bacon, sausage espeically, even some roterisse chickens pre made at the store. todays menu Egg cream shake made with tea turkey meatballs baked chicken. 3 hours cardio to make up for that last few days and enough water to float a tanker Sammy |

Mine too! ![]() Denise is right, this isn't a race! We need to know this will take some time, but we can lose!! ![]() Believe it or not! I'm missing Stillmans sooo much! You know, I think with me, when I have too many options, I just go overboard. I'm starting to realize this as I've been doing Atkins induction. So I think I'll finish this week on AA and then go back to Stillmans. And another thing, I just don't like wondering what I'm going to make for my meals. I just want to eat my rev rolls, hamburger patties and eggs! ![]() Denise I hope your knee gets to feeling better! Hi Everyone,
Congrats to the losers!!!! I decided to try low calorie for a week. We leave on vacation April 11th and I know I will not stick to stillmans while on vacation. So my plan is to do 1200 cals a day of healthy food, but not all low carb. I hope I can still lose 2 pounds this week, I plan on running 2-3 miles a day also. I need a plan I can stick to while on vacation and I think this will work. I plan on adding stillmans in a few times a month till I hit goal...wish me luck. Has anyone here tried Ovoro...it is a new weight loss pill that Oprah is going crazy over. I guess they took the 12 healthiest foods in the world and put it in a pill, along with green tea extract. People are claiming to look 10 years younger and lose weight. I guess it helps alot with your skin and fine lines.. anyways I am going to try it. I just ordered it....I will let you know how I make out. Hope everyone is doing well and please keep posting I love reading them!!! Jessie |

No gain or lose today at 134.5. Got 3.5 miles on treadmill and arm work today. Staying on plan. B-hbe w turkey bacon l-hbe 2 d- turkey breast tons and tons of water. Great day to all!! |

bottom line a calorie deficit will get you your two pounds especially with the exercise... the tough part is your appetite may go a little crazy when you put the carbs back in the discipline to control that is something I've been working on but haven't mastered...it's plain tough... |

I am down to 157.8 today. I was 162.6 on Monday. I have ordered 1/2 of a grilled chicken salad for lunch. So it will be 2 aerobic classes tonight. OH well. This salad will be my treat for the week. I hope I'm not back up to 162 tomorrow... I never want to see that again... Have a great day!!! |

So I started fitday today and after putting all my food in for the day I am just under 700 calories for the day...do you guys think that is ok? About how many calories do you all eat daily? I am not hungry at all and I drank abot 100 oz of water today.

Feeling better tonight...plan to take 2 tylenol and walk on the treadmill and that should help too!!
I did eat better today but have to admit I had a onion with my hamburger pattie tonight and I went to the store for the onion just so I could have it!! I decided I would rather eat that then find a substitue that was worse and then still want the onion!! Which is pretty much what I have done most of this week so I gave in to the fresh onion craving. Sad but true! B- tuna/hb egg mixed together w/ mustard L- grilled chicken breast D- 2 hamburger patties with an onion I am so happy for all the losers...hmmm...doesn't sound nice but it is meant well!! lol And I am very proud of everyone for trying to make stillman's work for them...it does work and it will make a difference in your lives!! And I must say grocery shopping was a bit unnerving...had 2 different guys talk to me while I was at the store...nice but yeah...not use to the attention and not sure what to do with it...except ignore it!! lol I was nice and smiled...blah!! |
