Wow Spenckey1! How exciting to be asked to join the dance group!! I would jump at the chance to do that. I love to dance, it's such good exercise! I would be bragging too Girl, no problem!!!
You can really get some pounds down by doing that! Whoohoo!!

Whew... busy day already.... gotta go back and read posts later, but hello to everyone!!

Diana, you are a hoot... I was like WHAT??? Ya had me going girl.. that was a good one!

Slatman, sending prayers your way.

Not sure WHAT I'm doing this week but just wanted to mark my spot. With all the physical yardwork (turning soil, mixing and hauling wheelbarrows of dirt, bending, squatting, planting, yadayada) I was feeling mighty dizzy and weak so added some fats, veggies and good carbs back in for now, more Atkins right now than anything I suppose. Didn't know what else to do.

Will check back with everyone when I cycle back! Hoping April brings some great losses for all of us!!

chessie2m - ur doing great , and yes i have trying to eat more today cuz i really havent been eating much this last few days , but again im diggin not being hungry, just making sure im gettin my multi and lots of water in.

I didnt lose no weight today , but i really could tell today i lost weight and thats so good for me cuz i usually the one that cant tell. I tried eating alil more today all protein i cant do low fat cottage cheese so i dont eat it wish it was regular cottage cheese hehehe. I am really doin well on the water deal and that im hopin will be a pay off at the scales after tom leaves. WHY IS THAT EVEN THO I HAVE LOST ALOT OF WEIGHT in the last 2 weeks when the scale dont move, it really does make me moody when it doesnt , but ill have to work on that. just thinking out loud here , i keep gettin on the scale all day just to make sure it is still the same .... ok im done have a great day every one heres my menu for today...

Question for the ladies....

Just wondering if any of you experienced unusual spotting while on Stillmans? I have been getting some spotting the last few days. I am mid cycle but this has NEVER happened to me before and I am in my 30s-I just started Stillmans a week ago so could this be from the drastic diet change you think??

As it is, I drink only 1 soda a day. I drink half for lunch and the other for dinner. But I would like to stop altogether, if I can.

Windy, I'm on the every 2 month plan and I don't know if it's because of lc or because I'm 47 and I'm getting at that age where all that yucky stuff happens!

5 miles on the treadmill...done!!

eating was totally off the charts...blah

and slatman..you are killing me with the no soda.... I might consider limiting it but eliminating it is so not going to happen for me!! Good Luck to you!

I like to watch QVC when they are selling the steaks and hams...watching the guy eat is a bit unnerving though I agree!! lol Never have bought anything from there but it is entertaining...I was watching the biggest loser tonight though so missed the cookie/cake extravaganza!! thank god!!

Morning everyone!!!
I want to start on Stillmans today....but I'm confused about some of the things I've been reading......eat every 2-3 hours.....eat until you are full....do/don't watch the calorie intake.
Any advise would be Greatly Appreciated.

Hello,
Giving up diet sodas....I wonder how much sodium I get from them.

Yesterday, I was traveling for a new job and had lunch with the CEO - I ate more atkins style with a salad.

cskies you are truely my inspiration - have been working out daily on the ellpticcal trying to match your mileage. So thank you.
Slatman thanks for all of your information through out the last few months. had read all of the previous posts.
I am going to not weigh until April 10. I let the little up and downs effect my moods to much. By 10 days, I am sure I should lose something.
