CALLANETICS CHALLENGE APRIL 2008
CALLANETICS Do you want to reshape your body? Callanetics will firm, tone, smooth, tighten, strengthen, lengthen, and lift like never before! Callanetics is a series of small, gentle, precise motions synergistically and consistently applied, that activate the body's largest most powerful muscles to quickly tighten hips, buttocks, inner and outer thighs; flatten the tummy; lift the bust and firm underarms and tone the entire body. It will also dramatically improve your posture and balance. You will feel and see a difference after only one or two hours. Callanetics is like magic! THERAPEUTIC RELIEF: Callanetics is as therapeutic as it is effective. You will sleep better, relieve stress, and minor aches and pains you may be used to experiencing regularly will suddenly disappear. Many sufferers of fibromyalgia, knee and back pain, and even carpal tunnel, have experienced dramatic relief from this program. INCREASED FLEXIBILILTY AND ENDURANCE: Because Callanetics works the muscles of our bodies deeply, you can expect to dramatically improve muscle flexibility and endurance, making aerobic and cardio exercise easier as well. FAQ’S: Callanetics : Frequently Asked Questions (For before and after photos of wonderful results, check the March 2008 thread.) JOIN US IN THE APRIL CHALLENGE NOW.....THE MAGIC!

I'm in for April! My goal will be to do 16 hours this month. That will put me at over 20 hours total of 10/10 by the end of April. I can't wait to see what the results will be.

Yes me again with pelvic floor questions. Is engaging the pelvic floor like holding muscles for instance if you were to hold your urine if you had to go to the bathroom really bad, then rolling up towards the navel? I think I read that somewhere.....
Do you also tighten the behind? Ok that was the last pelvic question lol Im a little slow Last edited by ThyckeCutie : 04-01-2008 at 07:14 AM. |

Another newbie joining...
I spent the last 10 days or so catching up and lurking on the March thread. Did 2 hours of 10/10 and Evolution is ordered from Amazon.
I'm excited to join this group officially! You all are such inspiration! Goal for the month: Callanetics 3x/week; treadmill 3x/week (alternate days). 1 day off. |

OMG, I am sooo glad to meet you Sandra!! I just did Evolution for the first time last night and I it! It may sound silly but I was afraid to substitute 10/10 for fear I wouldn't get the same quality workout but I was very very pleased with Evolution. It is definitely going to be a part of my weekly workouts. Thanks Benjamin for directing Agnes and Sandra to us! Thanks Twyla for all you do, you are truly an inspiration! Good luck everyone and please keep posting pics they are awesome!

My dear Callanetics Friends!
I have a question for you. Are you doing Callanetics only? Are you doing other workouts with Callanetics? If it is, what kinds of fitness how many times a week do you to addition to Callanetics? And are there people who have given good results by Callanetics only? I am asking to know the best way of giving fast and good results ![]() |

Did my 1st hour yesterday!! WOOOOHOOO!! I loved it but I have to admit it is very hard and I know I have to work on my form to get better results. Loved how relaxed I was after the excercises.
